jesus christ Lieselotte’s “I AM GUILTY DID YOU KNOW I AM GUILTY I AM PRETTY GUILTY GUYS” is as freaken dead-horse beating as Sunday’s “gentle/soft smiles”

(hahahaha i’m such a bitch sorry)

“…NOW!” Carter pushed his hand into Sir Icarus’s, sending a jolt that has the power to make someone flinch for a few seconds, giving Carter the time to grab the sword and run to the group.

((This is such an out of character act, and yet I just couldn’t resist.))
She blushes profusely and laughs at his comment.
You mortals do have such a one track mind don’t you. We’re to fight and possibly die, and with danger around us on all sides, your thoughts go to that. Now that would be quite a tale, the Lord that bedded a Royal Vampire.
She purrs and pulls him closer, a sly look in her eyes.
Well if we are to die, best we die without missing the pleasures of life.
She smirks at the Lord, giving his neck a gentle nibble before she pulls back from him.
Or would the afterglow of such an act leave us distracted in battle. We’d best not take a risk, yes, after the battle we can do such an act.
She gives him a quick kiss on the nose, her smirk and sly eyes still on him.
Yes, we’d best save the celebrations until after battle. Let us return to the others my Lord.
Turns and walks back to camp, leaving the stunned Lord in the clearing, watching her tail wave seductively.

Wh-what?! *zap* Oww!! Shit!! Come back here!
He chases Carter around the forest for a while, aiming minor light spells at his feet to try to slow him down. He finally uses a spell to knock a tree in into his path. Carter then jumps over the tree, but runs right into a clearing. Icarus picks up an old beaten up sword and begins to spar with Carter.
Alright you little shit. You want my sword, show me if you have the skills to use it!

He appears behind Makar
“How unfortunate, well the likelyhood of her surviving the battle is great, your chances are less so, but from what I can gather from stories, I imagine she will be ready to go once this battle is over.”
He looks around for a minute. Too much sexual frustration for his blood, and he vanishes again

“Um…” Carter turns to his left, finding nothing but bushes in the distance. “UNGH…!” He turns to his right, and to his luck and dismay, he spots Makar and Lucy in a quite suggestive situation.
“H-Hey!” Carter yelled in an angry fashion, but he was quickly reminded of his troubles. “H-Help me!” His voice changed to one of desperastion as he dashed towards them,
(EPIC COCK BLOCK LOLOLOLOL)

((Christ, I feel like such a damn douche for doing it, I was gonna be all “What if I turn you into a vampire again, no, let’s fight Rhinehild”, but I just couldn’t resist.))

Being much more agile than the jester, Icarus quickly moves to stand between Carter and the unlikely pair.
Oh, no you don’t. Hand over my blade, or be ready to block one!

Delilah looks around the camp and is a bit surprised to see Lady Lieslotte sauntering back into camp from the other side of the hill, and the dancer waves excitedly to her.
Oh, Lady Lieselotte! Sorry we took so long on our walk. But I suppose you took a walk as well. Where’s Lord Makar?
Delilah is still a bit flushed, but seems almost excessively happy, her eyes shining and her grin threatening to split her face in half as she looks around for the other knight, though she doesn’t seem to be looking too hard.
Comment ID #52528
Makar just stood there, more than embarassed, red like pepper, watching Lieselotte leaving. A few minutes passed and he was still there.
What… just… happened?
He finally started to walk and leaved the clearing. After reaching Lieselotte he stood besides her, but a little far from her, and spoke while looking to the other side.
I really wasn’t even thinking about that, okay? I was just thinking about going next to a tree and keep watching the sky, that’s all… His tone let his embarassment more than explicit.
Comment ID #52529
She enters the camp and takes a seat beside Delilah, her own grin long gone again. She surveyed the few they still had left, stopping at Delilah she responded.
Yes, though I do believe there was much less walking between you and Albert. His scent is quite strong on you Delilah, regardless, is everyone just about ready to move?
She silently chuckles at Makar as she looks to him.
Well, your wording certainly made it seem different. If that was the case, then you almost had more then you bargained for. Now you have even more incentive to succeed.
Comment ID #52530
Delilah blushes happily, giggling a little.
Sorry, we couldn’t find a stream. I know you’ve got better senses than most… I hope its not bothering you.
Delilah looks up and spies Lord Makar coming back to camp, and titters uncontrollably at his expression.
Ooh, I see. You took a hike, then.
She seems irrepressible at the moment.
Yes, everyone is ready! I even changed into this! Do you like it? It should help a little. *she twirls around, showing off her nice dress, making quiet clicking noises with every movement from her many beads*
Comment ID #52537
“WAIT GUYS WAIT!!!” Carter gave up, throwing the sword onto the ground and rushes back to the group in terror.
Comment ID #52538
Makar tried to hide his face into the cape’s neckband, embarassed even more after hearing Delilah’s and Lieselotte’s comment. He walked away, looking more to the ground than foward.
Comment ID #52539
Everyone jumps as he begins talking, sitting in the middle of the group
“I believe.. it might be prudent to start moving towards the palace.
Comment ID #52540
She stands again and looks to everyone at the camp.
McCardell is right, we need to get moving. Hopefully you are all armed and ready, because we’ll not return here until we succeed in slaying Reinehild.
She gestures for them to follow as she walks alongside Makar.
Makar and I will lead, stay alert and watch for ambushes.
Comment ID #52541
Watch what you take and who you take from.
He retrieves his sword and walks over to Carter, handing him the sword the paladin found earlier.
Take this. At least you’ll ave a chance to defend yourself when we confront Reinhild.
(PS you spelled “Reinhild” wrong Lieselotte.)
Comment ID #52542
Okay! We’ll get her, and then we’ll all come back here.
Delilah looks serious, putting her hands on her hips.
That IS what you all are going to do, isn’t it?
As the group sets off, she and Albert take up the rearguard position, the dancer fairly skipping along with the group, while Albert seems more serious and determined; it seems that her sorrow has been overwhelmed, at least for the moment, and it is almost as if she has forgotten about where they are.

After a few hours of walking, the party finally arrives a massive clearing, with what presumably is Reinhild’s castle in the middle. Green grass and many different kinds of flowers cover the ground around the building.
As they walk inside the clearing, they spot the castle gates, being guarded by four armor knights. It seems like the armor knights aren’t still aware of their presence, as they still haven’t moved an inch.
The castle is made completely with black bricks, probably basalt. It lacks any kind of ornament whatsoever, or flags, which makes the castle look more like a fort, as it’s architecture isn’t very complicated or artistic, and only serves the purpose of guarding its inhabitants from attacks. The lack of windows or openings gives people the idea that it’s probably very dark inside.
Comment ID #52555
Makar makes a sign with his hand, warning everyone to hide from the guards’ eyesight. Still with hand signs, he asked McCardell , Plinius, Albert and Lieselotte to sneak by and take the guards out, while Delilah tries to make them more light on their feet.
Hope it works…
Comment ID #52558
Delilah’s mouth opens as the group enters the greens around the building, looking at the beautiful flowers peppering the grass. As she spies those knights, she stops, eyeing them nervously, and Albert fingers his sword.
What is this place? This isn’t at all what I had imagined…
The dancer says, her eyes travelling up the walls of the black keep.
Why would you have all this green, but no windows?
Albert shhhs, tugging the red-dressed dancer into cover. Albert shakes his head at Lord Makar, gesturing to the greens with an open hand.

McCardell takes up position in cover and aims at one of the center guards, waiting for the signal to attack
Comment ID #52561
She nods to him, she soundlessly disappears into the brush. No sign of her can be seen for several minutes until she appears behind two on the right of the gate. She aims her claws at the both of the guard’s necks, exposed between their helms and breastplates. She waits for the signal, the guards oblivious to the danger directly behind them.
Comment ID #52563
(Time for this character to be useful at least once.)
He nodded and took his position, ready for the sign to attack.

The knights stand in place, still not reacting to the party’s presence.
Comment ID #52580
The Dancer looks at the knights, then slowly begins a dance, slipping around through the trees, her beads clicking quietly as she moves, pointing at the Lady, her eyes, then one knight, then McCardell (though she isn’t exactly sure where she is, so her gesture is a bit vague), then her eyes, then a second, then repeats for Albert and finally Lord Makar, and a fourth. She then turns her head round the trees, looking at them sideways, a red shape in the forest. The four (well, maybe not McCardell) can feel their vision sharpen, the knights seeming to stand out better in their minds from their basalt surroundings.
Comment ID #52581
McCardell notices everyone in position but no one giving a signal. He raises his fist and lowers it, sharply. With that he quickly snaps back to aim and fires a bolt at the far left guard’s eyehole.
Comment ID #52583
The armor makes a clanking noise as the arrow hits it. It knocks over it’s helmet, and makes a loud noise as it hits the ground. The armor was empty, and none of them seem to react still.
Comment ID #52584
She sees McCardell’s signal, she looks back to her targets. She realizes the armor is empty, and lowers her arms, giving the suits a firm kick as the clatter to the ground.
Who guards their fortress with empty suit of armor?
Comment ID #52585
Seeing McCardell’s sign, he fired an arrow towards the guard of the far right. Just then he noticed they were empty and walked back.
Comment ID #52586
As everyone attacks the remaining armor knights, they just crumble into pieces, revealing that they were just placed there, not even enchanted to guard the entrance.
Being the second time in this adventure, it becomes evident that Reinhild is a serious bluffer.
Comment ID #52588
He stares blankly at the suits as they crumble. He places his palm gently on this forehead, shakes his head 3 times, then just moves forward
Comment ID #52589
He forwned and walked out of his hideout.
She made a fool out of me once more… well, better safe than sorry, I guess.
He made a sign to everyone gather in front of the gates.
It might be her trick to make us enter off guarded, comrades. Keep your eyes open.
He pushed the gates, trying to open the entrace.
Comment ID #52590
An eye appears on top of the castle gates, takes a look around and then closes itself, dissapearing. Meanwhile, on the throne room…
Hahahah! They totally felt for it!
Reinhild laughs loudly, as she just noticed that they fell victims to her joke.
Comment ID #52591
(lol “Reinhild’s Curse”… I detect no curse.)
Comment ID #52592
Carter tried to wear one of the helmets that used to be animated, but it crumbled to dust as it touched his fur, instead causing him to sneeze.
“Aw, man…” he sighed and followed the group.
Comment ID #52593
Delilah looks at the armor crumble and steps out of cover.
She tricked us again? No undead army, no armored knights…
Just what sort of person is she?
Her dragon doesn’t kill anyone…
Her attack didn’t kill the king…
What’s going on?

(I was about to disregard the comment in narrative initially, so be glad I didn’t.)
What? Tell me.
He turned to face Carter head on, but didn’t extend his hand quite yet. His mind was focused on the information Carter was supposedly hiding.
