Night Noir… *thinks* so that would be from 1930, Great Depression era, sounds very familiar but I can’t put my finger on it. I want to say some manner of radio character, but might also be from a very early newspaper comic strip.

Dead on with Radio Character, but he was also a feature in Magazines before that, first appearing July 31st, 1930.

Actually, I am not sure but it is certainly a possibility. Though calling it “water” is, in any case, meaningless (seeing as we have “ice” for solid and “steam” for gaseous forms).

No, I mean I’m doing school but also volunteering as an archivist at the public library. I’m at school right now but I got reprimanded for not showing up today so I could prepare for an exam. I’m honestly not sure what they want from me.
