i know talking to a girl is a big deal for a lot of you or something but that doesnt mean you have to worship em
if i were a girl id be pretty offended that you were treating me so nicely just because of the fact that i was a girl and not because of who i actually am as a person!!
in reality girls are just as shitty as guys are except for the fact that they have breasts and a vagina and breasts and vaginas are gross anyway
also i dont like how some girls take advantage of this and that is why things like the moan offs or whatever annoy me

second off i have nothing against girls or anything i just dont like it when people do that
i have many friends both on and off the internet who are girls and i give them the same respect id give any guy friend, but i still goof around with them and i dont go out of my way to be nicer to them than my male friends, and i think that is pretty fair
it is more sexist to treat girls nicely just because you think of them as sex objects then it is to treat them like every other person ever BELIEVE IT OR NOT

You have to remember that most people here are 16 year old idiots and act this way for exactly that reason. Its to be expected, I’m afraid, among a certain crowd. This doesn’t excuse it, but it does explain it. Calling them on it might shame them temporarily, but they’ll still treat them differently I’m afraid. The only cure is growing up, and I don’t have nearly enough hormone pills I’m afraid.

I’ve been… reluctant to really talk about this - hell, when I asked the question on Taeshi’s formspring, I did it anonymously because I was worried I might offend her, or come off as trying to defend people who are capable of defending themselves in order to try to impress them. You’re a braver man than I am Snooths.

Taeshi: its not about being an attention whore. You worry waaaaay too much about that. If you were attention whoring it up, I’m pretty sure Suitcase would tell you. I haven’t seen any such behavior out of you; actually the opposite, as you retreat from the idiocy and attention really. And there’s nothing wrong with being noticed for your work; a lot of people admire you for that alone. Don’t worry about being an attention whore. Of course, you will anyway, but at least you have people telling you you’re not.

You and Suitcase ARE cool people. You guys have just the right mixture of nice, smart, and troll to you to be interesting, not to mention that you guys actually do things with yourselves and challenge yourselves and grow. I would probably never have met either of you if not for the webcomic, but its cool knowing you guys, even if it is only peripherally.
