Hannibal emerges from his cabin with renewed vigor.
Nothing like a day of sleep to clear away a hangover.
Looking around, he notices Paulson and Keith conversing.
Hello boys, you the new adventurers along for the ride this time?

Theresa glares at Paulson.
“How do you think? I told you how sick I get when I’m on these thi-”
Again overcome with nausea, Theresa turns towards the side of the boat and chums the water.
Comment ID #63265
Pats her back Aw it’s okay, you just need to get your sea legs.
Comment ID #63267
“Ugh…What I need is my sea stomach. I hate throwing up.”
Walks away from the side of the boat, swaying back and forth.
“I’m gonna find somewhere to lie down…ugh…”
Comment ID #63268
Grabs her arm. Do you need help getting back to your room? I would gladly escort you there.
Comment ID #63269
“Nah, I think some sun will do me some good. Just help me find a part of the deck that isn’t covered in fish guts.”
Throws her arm over Paulson’s shoulder.
“If you drop me, I’ll throw you overboard.”
Comment ID #63270
Smiles and leads her towards a clean part of the deck. As you wish Ma’am. Come right this way.
Comment ID #63278
“Ugh… Just don’t walk too fast. My stomach’s pretty empty right now, but I’m still a bit ill.”
Comment ID #63286
((Hannibal, you’d better still have my swords, just kidding though, I won’t intrude on this SAG, I don’t have time anyways.))

sighs as the competition ends and paulo loses but comes back with the ring
Oh well,he tried i suppose that’s what counts.. she walks over to the front of the ship and sits down to meditate
“Son of a bitch..”
Comment ID #63288
Helps Theresa find a nice spot to sit. Here you go, just take a rest right here.
Comment ID #63292
Little known fact, McCardell gets seasick, so where’s he’s been all day is best left unanswered
Comment ID #63296
Sits down
“Thanks, Paulson.”
Flops down on the deck, stretching her arms and sticking her chest out.
“Nnnngh! So sooooooooooore! I hate being cooped up inside!”

(Answering to Hannibal) New adventurers? Heh, the guy I was talking to a while ago might be. But me? No, I just work here.
I suppose you’re with them right? The name’s Keith, what is yours?
Keith continues mopping the floor.
Comment ID #63318
Hannial quirks an eyebrow at Keith.
Just a shiphand, eh? Darn. I was starting to like the cut of your jib. [[lawl nautical joke]] Name’s Hannibal.
Hannibal looks around and, deciding nothing intereting was going on, made one of his usual decisions.
I don’t know about you, Keith, but I’m gonna go get smashed until I pass out. If you care to join me, that’s fine.
[[EDIT: I have a little more time left before I leave. If Keith so wishes, I can give some humor/backstory not relevant to serious character development Otherwise, auto mode.]]
Comment ID #63327
(Auto mode, Paulson will continue cause minor shenanigans on the ship while taking orders from Theresa and Dave.)
Comment ID #63334
I wish I could go man but… I have to finish mopping…
He takes a look around.
But… on second though, the boss doesn’t seem to be around. So sure, I’ll be happy to have a few drinks with you.
He hides the mop and leaves with Hannibal, he whispers to him as they go.
Man, the girls aboard are all so pretty, especially that small one over there…
He turns his head to look at Jasmina for a moment, and keeps walking.
Comment ID #63335
Woah, woah kid. Are you an ameteur? You see the way that chick fawned over Mr. Archer? Nah. I don’t see you baggin’ her. Although she is quite the looker…
After a moment of…admiration, Hannibal continues on.
Here. I’ll take you to my private stash. Got enough booze to last about a month.
And so our two uncouth heroes sat around into the night [[I say night because it’s like midnight for me, at least.]] getting unbelievably drunk to the point of unconsciousness.
[[So yeah. I’m gonna have to go auto now. Until I get back assume I’m in an alcohol induced coma.]]
Comment ID #63342
Glances over at Keith as he stares at Jasmina.
Great, like Paulson alone wasn’t enough of a playboy for this group…
Comment ID #63349
Is still meditating and does notice the two boys looking at her
What was that thing in the water before paulson spoke to me? was it that shark makar caught? or was it the manta-ray,or it could’ve been something else completely..
she shuffles slightly
Comment ID #63363
The sound of vomiting is heard off the port side of the deck, followed by a shuffle of feet and the slamming of a cabin door. Needless to say, noone should be looking for McCardell for awhile.
Comment ID #63367
Theresa perks ears up to the sound of spewing.
Sounds like I’m not the only one who’s hating this little boat ride… Maybe I should see if that hedgehog woman has anything to settle my stomach?

By the next morning, Delilah, too, has apparently fallen prey to nausea, leaning over the side of the ship and feeling quite nauseous, though she has managed to hold her stomach… for now. The cat’s tail droops behind her, and her curly fur is in something of a disarray from not having the opportunity to brush it yet this morning, coming outside to avoid vomiting in the room she shares with Albert.
Ugh…
The feline stares down into the waters as the ship bobs along in the waves.

Since Lieselotte didn’t showed up in his cabin for too long, the Lord soon fell asleep. In the morning, he woke up and tried to check his neck behind the cape’s neckband, wondering if he got biten.
… I hope not.
When he got out of his cabin, the urges to throw up were noticeable at his surroundings.
I hope I don’t get seasick like some people here…
The knight noticed Delilah and stepped closer, saluting.
Good morning, Delilah. Where’s Sir Albert? He should be here with you, shouldn’t he? He smiled.
… Just like I should be with Lieselotte, but I don’t see her anywhere.
Comment ID #63434
The curly feline looks over at Lord Makar and manages a wan smile for him, her fingers tightening on the railing of the ship.
He’s still in bed, Makar. I would be too, but…
She leans over the railing again, closing her eyes for a moment before opening them again.
I feel sick… but I don’t feel dizzy. I think it was the fish last night… it smelled a little funny to me, but I ate it anyway, and look at me now…
The cat shakes her head.
How about yourself Makar? I haven’t had much opportunity to speak with Lieselotte yet… how have you been?
She manages another smile for the lord, but its obvious she really isn’t feeling well.
I’m sorry I’m such a mess this morning… I haven’t had the opportunity to wash and brush yet.
The feline is obviously telling the truth, the scent of her bedsheets and mate clinging to her, mostly drowned out by the sea breeze but in such close proximity can be caught from her mussed-up fur. On one side of her body her fur is rather flattened, making it obvious which side she slept on. She seems a bit embarassed by this, releasing the railing with one hand self-consciously and trying to smooth her fur at least a little.

He sees Hannibal intoxicated by the alcohol, and decides to leave him and continue with his chores. The sun was already rising, so he hurried to finish what he left undone.
Like Lord Makar, he also notices the other people being seasick. He takes a look at his surroundings to see if anyone threw up on the deck, but its still clean, just the same as he left it just a while ago.
Oh thank god… I don’t have to clean up again. I finally have some time to actually talk to some people here.
He notices a couple talking on the ship’s side, so Keith approaches and tries to join in Makar and Delilah’s chat.
Hey there! Good morning, enjoying the trip?

After his no success of finding the Sweaterman’s cabin to get his prize he goes back to his cabin and sleep.Next day he wakes up and leave his cabin
Well, hope i find that Sweaterman today and get my prize.
Comment ID #63438
The knight starts to rub his head with a finger while his smile became tremulous.
Well… Lieselotte and I enjoyed this last month venturing in far away lands… we enjoyed it. What I’m worried about is that she menaced to bite me if I couldn’t get her the sweater that the salesman offered as the fishing competition prize. Well… I didn’t won, so I’m worried she’ll bite me, if she haven’t already.
He looked at his surroundings for Lieselotte once more, but no sight of the vampire. Makar held Delilah’s shoulder. You shouldn’t be looking to the water if you don’t wanna throw up. Why don’t we try to find somewhere clean in the boat for you to recover?
The Lord looked aside and noticed Keith. He simply answered with nod.
Comment ID #63441
Delilah giggles at Lord Makar, allowing herself to be drawn back from the railing.
Oh, I don’t think she really meant it. Not that way, anyway… besides, aren’t…
Her face falls a bit as she cuts herself off, her nausea momentarily forgotten.
No. I’m sure she wouldn’t really hurt you… she was just teasing.
She shakes her head at the mention of her nausea.
Well, I don’t think I’ll throw up because of the water… I’m sure it was the fish, not motion sickness… But thanks anyway.
The dancer stands on her own, keeping her feet steady beneath her, but she lets him guide her away from the railing.
Good morning to you as well.
Delilah nods to Keith as the pair walk away from the railing.
Comment ID #63442
But if she leaves somewhere else, she might throw up… and if that happens I’m gonna be the one who cleans up…
Sighs
Anyways… you should have asked around first, we do have some pills here. People get seasick all the time, so it really helps to have some around to prevent it. But if it was the fish… then you’ll probably want digestives… either way, we have both. Want me to go and get some for your girl?
(Talking to Makar)
Comment ID #63446
The Lord found Theresa and Paulson, and thought that place they were at should be good for Delilah’s recovery. … but they might want to be left in private.
On the other side of the boat, the knight found a site equivalent to where were Paulson and Theresa.
I guess you’ll feel better recovering here…
He placed a hand on his head. Sorry for bothering you with my problems. He said, bowing his head.
Comment ID #63447
The ragamuffin mix laughs at Lord Makar’s words.
Here I am feeling sick, and you’re worried about me being bothered?
She grins at him a bit crookedly, leaning against the railing.
Its fine… I enjoy your company. Though I wouldn’t mind speaking with…
She closes her mouth and eyes, steadying herself for a moment as she fights off the nausea before continuing.
…Lieselotte. It has been too long. For as awful as it was… I miss it. Lily, and Carter, and Dave, and you two, and McCardell, and Princess Sunday all together…
Her ears flicker contemplatively against Makar’s hand, forgetting herself for a moment.
Comment ID #63449
Seems like they’re too involved in their conversation. I better leave them alone for now and come back later. Their story seems to be an interesting one though, gotta make sure to ask them about it later.
Damn… I stayed up all night with that Hannibal guy… I should go sleep for now, or else I won’t be able to do anything later.
He retreats into his cabin and places a sign outside. It reads:
Feeling seasick? We have the solution, just ask!
But not now, I’m sleeping, thanks.
(I’m going to sleep IRL too heh.)
Comment ID #63450
The dancer’s first phrase made the makar sigh in shame, since he was worried about both her sickness and how good company he was being.
Delilah’s second phrase made the knight raise his head once more.
The Lord listened carefully to his friend’s last words and started to caress her head sweetly.
I miss talking with them as well. He spoke, quite concerned.
What about you help me to find Lieselotte? If you don’t want, I’ll not complain… I can keep looking on my own. His voice seemed a little saddened
Comment ID #63454
The female feline begins to purr quietly at the stroking of her head before she remembers herself.
I’ll help… why are you so worried, though? She won’t leave you… she’s made that much clear, I’d hope! She’s probably just off somewhere else on the ship, talking to an old friend…
(On autoplay, Albert can play me if he so desires)
Comment ID #63457
Stop’s looking after the sweater man
He will show up anyway,i hope so.
Comment ID #63458
Embarassed, the knight retreats his hand and starts rub the back of his head once again.
I know, I know… I’m just… worried, that’s all. Thanks for helping me, anyway. Let’s see if we can find her.
When Makar turned back and started to walk, the sea wind blew against his cape, making it move gloriously while he walked away, representing the mighty position as Lord that the humble cat had.
Comment ID #63463
Walks up to Delilah and Makar, during their search for Liesellote, and hugs Delilah from behind scruffing her hair a little more
Good morning dear I hope you’re feeling better.
Looks up at Lord Makar and sees he a little panicked and looking around
Well you’re not a vampire yet so I’ll assume your Lady hasn’t found you yet.
Hehehe if you want I can help you find her.
But don’t expect me to help you if she attacks.
Comment ID #63477
Okay okay how will I get Lily in the scene? I think it’s safe to just let her walk down the deck, peering out at the open sea, hands at her back a soft, not at all princess like, smile on her lips, though maybe looking a little tired as well.
There were no fears of Seasickness for the merchant queen of course. Her job as ambassador was to keep the markets flowing after all, and her countless days down on the docks had given her more then enough time to gain a proper set of sea-legs.
No, if her stomach were to feel like escaping, it’d likely because of the small jug tied to her belt, or rather the vile contents there of. Raising it long enough to take a mouthful, and let her face twist from the taste.
“….. if I wanted to keep my vices I should have stuck with the pipe” peering into jug with one eye as she thought aloud. Of course: Lily was a woman of experience. Much like the boat it would take a while yet for the strong tasting swill to make her stumble. Little more then something to add flavor to the trip.
Or maybe help her stomach the daft fools coming with her she thought with a chuckle. But either or works…
Comment ID #63487
She appears on the deck appearing rather angry. She storms over to where Albert, Makar, and Delilah are and rests her back against the edge of the boat.
Top to bottom! I searched this ship top to bottom, and I can’t find a trace of that Sweater Man! No cabin, no scent, and NO SWEATERS! Where could he be, we’re in the middle of the ocean, he can’t have just vanished!
Comment ID #63490
Hannibal appears rather dramatically off to the side of Lily, leaning on the rail, looking out to sea.
So. You seem to be the most likely candidate to ask. Mind telling a bit about where we’re going?
Comment ID #63491
The knight gulped when he noticed the enraged vampire and looked back at Delilah and Albert for a second. Makar walked near Lieselotte, nervous.
The last time I saw him, he headed towards the cabins… but even if we find him, Konar’s fish was the biggest, remember? And I have no money to buy a sweater for you… He spoke almost against his will.
Comment ID #63492
I searched the cabins. There everyone was taken by one of us or the crew. I searched the storage hold too and nothing, the man just vanished, and he took all his sweaters with him.
She frowns grumpily at the floor, her lack of a sweater clearly infuriating her.
He just upped and vanished, it makes no sense…
((FFFFFFFFFFF- It’s my fault I forgot to change my name, it’s all my fault))
Comment ID #63493
[[Oh no. I’m gonna be gone all day now. *sigh* Auto mode until I’m back. After Lily says something, I’ll be in my cabin endlessly sharpening and cleaning MiwAuturu’s blades.]]
Comment ID #63494
Look up at the enraged vampire as she and Makar talked about where the mysterious salesman may have been
I’m sure he couldn’t of gotten that far away.
He was one of the only people who didn’t end up jumping into the water so I’m sure he didn’t just swim away.
Maybe someone needs to check up on their tracking skills.
…Then again he did seem a little odd to me when I talked to him.
He might be leeding us on more then we thought.
Comment ID #63495
After gathering some courage, Makar placed a hand on Lieselotte’s shoulder.
I tried to get you that sweater, I really tried. I even fought a white shark and ended up wounded in the arm, but still… Noticing he wasn’t helping himself, the knight decided to finally ask.
You’re not really going to bite me, are you? The question were regretfully asked, after all.
Comment ID #63496
Theresa comes back on deck after a decent night’s sleep.
Those pills are helping immensely! I slept like a baby last night, and I still don’t feel the slightest bit ill! Maybe now I can get to know these people without the risk of throwing up all over them?
She notices Lord Makar and the rest of his group and decides to join in.
Hey! Lord Makar! Long time no see!
Comment ID #63497
(Edited.)
Makar turned back to face Theresa, trying to don’t show his concerns.
Good morning, Theresa. It looks like you’re better from your sea sickness. So… do you still steal from people? He tried to tease.
Head back to the forum index.
