EDIT: Mini-update before I go to bed. Got an email from dA ( signed “Fella” ) saying this:

“This email is to inform you that your order has been received, but one or more of the products you ordered has not yet undergone quality inspection. You will receive another email when your order is ready to be processed.”

So for the next little while, the mug delivery times may be somewhat longer than dA advertised.

More shirts need to sell! The Lucy ones are awsome for the ladies, I’m sure once the store is widely known to be open, they will just be flying off the shelves with such an awsome design. I’m kinda surprised only one person other then me bought a shirt, I know a lot of people commented on the Turtle shirt.

I kinda want the turtle shirt, but lack of funds I will buy the book for sure though.

Wow. The Lucy-Shirt looks simply awesome. I mean, all items in the store are great, but the Lucy-Shirt… Just wow. I do have one little complaint though…

Why does the Lucy-Shirt have to be a girls-only-shirt? q.q
You see, I might be a man (despite many of my friends still debating if this is true, I can tell you, that it is), but I’d definitely buy this shirt, if it were available for a man of my size. Well, of course you could say now, that I could simply order the womens shirt and wear it nonetheless, however… Thats not that easily done, if you’re having my… proportions… :/

Well, to come to a point: Excellent items in the shop, and I hope that it will continue to grow, so we can rejoice over many many more items in the future. =)

Regarding the dA address thing:

Short answer: It was a pain, but possibly a temporary bug. I rather doubt there’s much you can do if it sticks around other than change sites.

Long answer:When I went to order, the system realised I’d not previously given it an address, so below a one-item drop-down box ( “New address” ), it helpfully offered me a set of text boxes. Below the last such box (phone no., I think) was a button marked “Use this address”, and below that was a “submit order”-type button.

So I filled in the details, pressed “Use this address”, scoffed slightly at the lack of visual feedback to this, and pressed the submit button. Nothing. No Paypal page, no confirmation, no broadband traffic! So I tried several combinations of pushing/not pushing the button, selecting/not selecting “New address” from the drop-down box. Still, the submit button proceeded to do nothing when clicked.

So I went into my account space, found the “addresses” section, and found that it had (quite reasonably) created 2 instances of my address, one as delivery and one as billing. Looking for things to change, I deleted one and set the other as both my delivery AND billing address. Hopped back to the checkout, selected my address newly appearing in the drop-down, and submitted successfully.

Despite all the dA fun, I only got confirmation for, and used Paypal on, a single mug. So you don’t need to worry about refunds and so forth. Thank goodness.

Uh, I don’t know if you’re in the middle of changing it, but the iPhone / iPod Touch version of the website looks a bit off. The text saying “Hey! The Store is now open! Take a look” is in the same band as the other page links, and in the same font; it leaves the last three words, plus Store, Gallery and Extras, pushed messily onto a new line.

I came. I saw. The fan pack was sold out.

gotta be awesome when so many people want to buy stuff you actually run out of supplies.

If you are considering on expanding the store, I suggest making a poll or something to see what would be best. (Maybe even include the prices you would have to sell them at).

Me again. Just been snooping over the Store page again and noticed that some of the purchase buttons (for the charms, candy, buttons and Fan Pack) appear to be set to the default cursor style. Since the cursor doesn’t change to the pointer ( ‘hand’ ) on mouseover, it’s not instantly obvious they are clickable. Especially true for the charms, where the buttons look a bit like decorative titles.

Just thought you’d like to know my keychains arrived safe and sound today! They were mailed on Monday I think, so that was fast. They’re so adorable! Everyone buy some when more are made, srsly.
