Bittersweet Candy Bowl

I found out about it from an ad on Concession. I read a few pages the first time and was like “This is too slice of lifey.” Then a few months later I clicked on an ad on Concession and was like “Hey, this is that webcomic from before.” and started reading again. To the Top was just starting out by the time I caught up.

I forgot to mention that I think the poses are awesome! Posing my characters is one of the hardest things to do,and Taeshi seems to have a never-ending supply of nice poses and angles =).

I found it out forever ago on Taeshi’s DeviantArt. I think, while searching “Bittersweet Symphony.” Anywho, I came upon right around this part where Daisy was all broody over her feelings, and Abbey was all “what’s wrong,” then I came across one of the many table scenes where I got to meet the rest of the cast. I was hooked. The plot was something, but what really sold me was the characters.

Y’know, I still have that first comic I found buried somewhere in my DA favorites.

i think i found it on MSpaint adventures. soon before i got really tired of all the text walls thereof.

How I found BCB goes like this:

I was checking updates for Concession. For a week or so, I kept seeing an ad saying “Bittersweet couples, three times a week!” or something like that. I didn’t really care then, thinking it was some stupid dating site or e-cards. Finally, when I was really bored that week I decided to click it. This was the page I got , I wasn’t impressed. I backread the chapter and STILL didn’t like it, so I left. But after a few weeks of boredom from the other webcomics I read not updating as much, I went back, and this was the page I saw . I was alot more confused this time, I thought Paulo was Mike, And Jessica was Lucy. I realized I REALLY needed to read it if I wanted to understand anything. So I did, and as it went on I liked it more and more and now I love it. But for me, it was never an immediate hook.

I actually read most of the comic on my iPod, especially during school

i admittably only started reading a few days ago, so Another Path, Part 3, complete with the giant “THIS IS JUST A DAYDREAM” tag at the bottom… I almost didn’t go back into the archives, but I’m glad I did. the writing is hella great.

I was talking to a friend through IM when she linked one of the intermissions, the wishing game one. But I didn’t start reading the come until she linked another page and I just decided to read it at the point. XD i didn’t read webcomics so BCB is my first and is my only~

Monogamy? How fun ^_^

A user named Yzarro on a forum I go on (Chao Island) showed me the comic, saying he thought I would like it. I eventualy went back to page one, and read from there. Then, I introduced it to some of my friends on Chao Island. I started with this page, I believe. I was SO mad at Paulo when I finished reading. :c
