I got anger probs cause of my dads short temper and wen he yells at me for more than 3 mins I answer back get grounded, punished, etc. then Im emo for the entire day

my father is disabled (ex military, two blown out knees and back, austio arthritides, etc&hellip so when he’s in pain (he’s always in pain) he raises his voice and doesnt realize it. this in turn makes me feel bad for no reason. and when i feel sorry for myself, i get angry at myself. when that happens, i go into seclusion, and my mom gets sad. then i feel bad for making my mom sad… and then i get really angry, and i start to raise my voice, but then my dad gets really angry and i just flee the scene to try and calm down for tommorow.

basically, i view it as my fault all the time just because my dad finds every single detail of whatever i do to a fault… and then yells at me for it…
