I’m a fairly non-violent person. However piss me off (which is actually hard to do, I doubt even Jerk here could manage it) and I’m still non-violent: I’m bad with my fists and I have long since found out that mental and emotional damage can easily be far more painful and longer lasting than physical damage with far less of a chance (physical) injury to myself and others.

So why do either?
