I f you tell me the design, I can probably build one myself. I have a “friend” who could get her hands on liquid Nitrogen and other materials, and I know something about gadgets myself.

What did you have in mind?

steel on top of full combat suit,
steel reinforces the points likely to be hit,
numerous small, long spikes on the palm, and smaller ones on the fingers.
small steel “pack” containing fuel linked to ignition system on the back of the hand set to “shoot” when a trigger or switch is turned by the other hand.
liquid nitrogen linked to spray from palm in single extra large space between spikes, when (you guessed it) a trigger is set.
hydrogen explosives are set in the arm with magnetic holding cases for easy release
(hydrogen because its easy for me to get)

my basic combat suit is all kevlar or, if kevlar is unavailable, some other strong cloth with steel links reinforcing the torso, outside of arms and legs, and especially the crotch.
the spikes on the gloves should be strong enough to support your weight,
the liquid nitrogen storage is on the body side forearm.
im studying engineering now to add some engine powered weapons.
