I HATE THE JERSEY SHORE WITH A BURNING PASSION. IT’S MADE IT UNBEARABLE FOR ME TO TALK TO MY COUSINS WHO LIVE IN OTHER COUNTRIES. IT HAS CHANGED FOREIGN PERCEPTION OF AMERICA FOR THE WORSE. IT’S REALLY SAD WHEN YOU ASK A FOREIGNER TO NAME AN AMERICAN AND INSTEAD OF THE PRESIDENT, THEY NAME SNOOKI OR THE SITUATION.

That show is one of the single worst things to crawl out of a diseased hot tub at a mtv executives party, it a combination of vomit, hair gel and six kinds of herpes.
and jerk no need to be ashamed of being a Texan because of Bush, according to all accounts he was Born in New Haven, Connecticut, he was raised in Texas mind you but he is the only one in his family to have the accent which must make meals at holdidays a bti awkward. he is faux Texan so no need to worry there

It’s what television does, dear. I wouldn’t worry about the show (although people’s reactions are indeed cause for distress ^_^).

I’m personally ashamed of the show Jersey Shore.
Because in all honesty, it makes Jersey look bad. (Yes, I am from South Jersey. You know, where all the farms and plantations are? Where you’re a stone’s throw away from Philly? Yeah.) Well, thats what I think, anyway. I can’t help but get a headache from it. Plus, when I went down to the shore recently, guess what I saw?
Yeah, Jersey Shore everything. T-shirts, hair-bump kits, Guido-boyfriend shirts, etc. You name it, they got it. Oh, and italian music blaring from the speakers on the boardwalks.
Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m not gonna bust on anyone-but I know for a fact that the people on that show just don’t make the general population of Jersey in a whole. I’ve been hearing alot of that recently; people ragging on New Jersey because they think we’re all a stupid lot of people. Which doesn’t even make sense when we got the top scores of tests in the country. We have so much more than what people think, which I guess relates to my hatred of stereotypes.
Am I just being complain-y? Or are there people who feel the same way? I’m sorry if I offended anyone…
