This will be quite long, so I’ma gonna have to make another thread for this.

You don’t have to knock your work, take pride in it. I know I sound hypocritical because I do it too…. Maybe it’s just an artist thing. Either way good job and I’m looking forward to the new comic.

Just some tablet practice

Today is tablet practice day, so I’ll be putting up more later.

This seemed like a more appropriate place to respond to you, Kaxbe. I just wanted to say that it looks like you’ve shown improvement over the course of this thread. I especially like the cover for “Meet the Boss.” And the style you were working with in what I will call the “night life” series was interesting. I actually think that it might be interesting if you developed that further, maybe include more sections in black to add to the contrast. Though I thought the detail you put into the environment was very cool.

Don’t despair. Keep at it. It really looks like you’re improving. It won’t happen overnight, but it’ll happen, especially if you keep trying new things.

Well, that’s as close to words of wisdom that you’ll get out of me.

Anyways, still practicing with tablet. Just the line stuff. I can color okay with tablet, but I’d like to be able to put down linework on the computer.

hehe, Keyboard cat. You’re too hard on your artwork, when you mention it in other threads you’d think you can’t draw at all. It may not be the best in the world, but it’s still pretty good.

What can I say? Uh.. lets see here.. background stuff ain’t all that great, typically with pretty poor line work and questionably shaped doorways.

Larkens expressions are amusing for the most part as simplistic as they are.

Liam… hm… decent. I dunno the area around his Chin/Neck seems a little off in a few panels, changing in size and shape though I’m sort of knit picking here.

I need your opinion on something

It’s nice to do non-BCB things from time to time and post them here.

My opinion? I love giving my opinion ^___^!

First off. Ditch the freaking yellow for heavens sake. This was not a pleasure to read as a result hahaha. But lets see here….

As for the actual idea… it sounds pretty standard to me. Two room-mates going through bizarre slice of life situations and likely some good old lamp-shading and mockery of super powered situations from time to time. Beyond that… I think we’ll have to see actual comics and the humor there in before I can really give a proper view point.

Oookay then. I might draw up a few comics of just the two mains later then.
