Bittersweet Candy Bowl

Funny thing is, you’re just saying that, while I meant it.

This set up determined that at least some people on this forum are capable of writing an accurate and mostly unbiased self-description of themselves, which is very important if my idea is to ever succeed.

That idea is this:

Murder Mystery Game: Forumite Edition

Everyone who wants to play posts a self description, and then we play as someone other than ourselves. The setting would be a Roman Forum with various BCB-themed stores and shops, and of course, discussion areas. We would need a (mostly) neutral narrator, ILB *significant look* and someone with a lot of extra time to run it. But if we are getting to the point where a MMG of dead characters from previous MMGs seems like a good idea, it is time we tried this.

oh, the nuclear power thing is longterm. i cant do that on my own. itll take most of my connections and about 10 years to get that to go through

A “-” should be affixed to the names used in the MMG so as not to get people confused when someone unavoidably posts without changing their name.

It might not tell you who they really are, but it would at least let you know it’s not the original.

Basically the same thing I did yesterday and the day before. Only, I ate too much and the effects were diluted so I’m pissed because I wasted some of this prescription.

Miscalculation, actually. And it’s not so much “high” as it is just going into a trance where I become ultra-focused on something in a euphoric way. It’s kind of hard to explain.

Forumite MMG? it could certainly be interesting. Although I coulde see it potentially going bad, it might just be fun.

I agree with Miw that the Forumite MMG has the potential to go sour, but honestly it could go either way.

Then again we all thought the forumite Hurt/Heal would flare up, and there was surprisingly little drama about that… it just kind of faded away after a while.

@ ILB: It’s a paperback, and I’ve never really thought about it before, but there’s about as much there as anything else I’ve read. It doesn’t space a lot or anything, it’s just the writing is much easier to read because it’s more cohesive than what Gene Wolfe would write, I guess. (And he’s a better story-teller.)
