Where in the world is the BCB comic happening? I mean they have four seasons and I dont see any palm trees or cactuses so it elimates a few places I guess, but has the global location ever been revealed?

Dumb question I know…

It’s not dumb, you’re all good :D

The location is somewhere in America because of the high school system being American. Unfortunately most of the comic was improvised and consisted of me dicking around so I never truly developed their world which is something recommended to do before the comic. It’s a constant struggle that pushes me back today.

It’s all like middle-class mainly though. Admittedly Marashino was like a weird version of New York because at the time I was still living in New Jersey.

No palm trees or cactuses yes. Roseville more like VOIDVILLE

Roseville, Michigan is the location I’ve decided on.
Although Taeshi made up some of her locations, much of Roseville follow the RL city.
The distance between the middle school and the high school is about 40 minutes (walking distance), and the railroads would be in Detriot, about an hour away by car.
Yes, I had done some research months back when it was still summer and I was bored. xD

Hmm so it sounds like it is just a fictional, generic american city that just so happens to share similarities with a place in Michigan? I can live with that.

I always imagined Roseville as a small little town, and Maraschino was like this big, NY like city. I never imagined Roseville as a city, really.

Roseville isn’t a city!
