You are number 1 suspect of ruining some stuff around the place. If it wasn’t you it was Pixel, which I doubt much.

If you ever want to setup the server with more advanced software i would recommend MClawl

It has a large range of commands and possiblities for all players as well as it has multiple levels

Ok the new server is set up, but is blank as of now, and cant figure out how to import the old level. (They use a different format).

While this is fixed, the old server will be running.

Edit: Nevermind I got it running.

NExt time i get the chance i will have to go onto your server and save the old level. I will convert it to the .lvl file type for the new server and send you a link to the file. If you need anything else [commands help, ranks, etc] i can help you. for now im going to sleep though *yawn*

I already converted the map.

The new problem I’m encountering, is that when I try to enlarge the map, all I get is an empty space around it. I want to randomly generate the rest of the map, or generate a new one altogether, and paste this map inside it, but it looks like it cant be done.

So… were either stuck with this map size, or we start all over with a bigger natural map (A LOT BIGGER), or I artificially enlarge the current map, filling it with air.

Ok…

Here’s what I did. I kept the old map, and created a new natural bigger one. You will automatically spawn inside the old map.

To travel between maps, use:

/goto main
/goto bigmap

The first takes you to the main map. 256x256x64

The second takes you to the big map. 512x512x128

Duh. Enjoy!

P.S. I need a better computer… this is killing my processor.

Alright the art rooms is still pretty empty minus the three pics and the floor piece that I got done today. So in hopes that people will start to put things inside Im putting in a tutorial on how to find the art room! Hope its not too long :|

After spawning, you should be facing away from Amaya. Turn around and head towards the giant gray block. Take a right on the fork.

If you want to contribute into the art room. Follow the steps from A. To get a good look from the sun roof. Follow the steps from B


A steps

First head inside the house. To get to the stairs out side the window head to the second floor.

You will find yourself under the lake. Just follow the path.

And voila you’re there. you can get to the second floor by going up the stairs to the left


B steps

You can use either side of the house to get to the bridge. Just head for, and across, the bridge.

After crossing the bridge you should be at the wall of the second floor of the art room. To the right are stairs. go down them.

After getting down you should see more stairs. Go up them xD

After that look to your left and you should see stairs crawling up the wall. Follow them to the top.

And voila! Your there. The sun roof lets sun inside of the art room. And allows you to see inside.

Step 6.
Look down to get a good view of the floor piece!

Ok so Idk who has noticed but I made some changes to my pyramid. You can now access the inside of it. And you can easily climb up the corners. I also decided to make a bigger sun roof. (I originally deleted the old one since I didn’t want one.) And while I’m on that subject…

Thank you for whoever finished the roof. Stupid awesome huge a** Lucy taking me 2 days and a few hours longer than it should have taken. >.>

I had a huge rant for why I made these changes to the pyramid (lol just noticed Ive been spelling it wrong) but whatever. If I do still do the rant you probably wont see it.

You do know you can have …
1.) more then 1 level running (i usually have 8 running at a time)
2.) Multiple maps including themed maps like Dessert build, Flatgrass, Pixelart, ETC
3.) Maps made for ranks (I.E. builder, ADv, OP, etc)
4.) maps for projects (dont be afraid to make more maps, its looks better in the long run)
5.) Choose Operators wisely (whos is active and trustworthy?)

Okay. I’m gonna drop this here because I know people who play on the BCB minecraft server are eventually gonna stumble upon this.

Do you guys have to upload minecraft art into candybooru?

Now before you flame me you should hear me out. What I’m saying is that it’s not particularly impressive if you take an existing picture and recreate it in minecraft. It simply shows that you had the time and determination to recreate something pixel by pixel or used a generator/bot. No new art was actually created. It’s a rather complex version of taking an image and changing it from .png to .gif -the image itself still stays the same even if some quality might be lost.

I have nothing against original pixel art done in minecraft, but if you’re just copying stuff by recreating it pixel by pixel in minecraft you’re not really being creative. You’re imitating.

It’s not really that ridiculous yet but every time I see that stuff in candybooru I cringe a bit.

Just my two cents.

Pixel, if it were that simple, there would be hundreds of them. The fact that someone figured the perspective out and took the time to build it is something impressive. Besides, how annoying can some Minecraft pictures really be? It isn’t like there are actually hundreds of them, and it’s pretty easy to ignore them.
Also, a generator for recreating images in Minecraft? Really? Does that really exist?

FINALLY…

Some of them were originals designed specifically so that they were buildable in minecraft. (Actually, just my first Amaya is a remake of a drawing that I made. The other one I designed it for minecraft and its limitations. All other art I think also are minecraft originals.)

And yeah Gameking, those programs and generators do exist. We didn’t use them though.
