What made you smile today?

A free lesson sorry!
And uh, awkward turtle is a hand sign you can do!

It's looking like we'll finally see some resolution to the Melissa subplot in El Goonish Shive! Finally! Therefore, I am smiling.

My friend told me to look this up and I figured it was going to be pretty terrible. The reason it makes me smile is because I grossly underestimated how terrible it is.

Thanks of sharing Meowth I think that just made my day. XD

I've been staying with my cousins for about a week now, and yesterday found out that one of them took about fourty dollars out of my wallet while I was out. Today, I went outside and found that a wallaby had stamped the front of his windshield in after he left food smeared all over it from a drunken party the night before. I guess nature is on my side.

...I must be tired as hell if I'm speaking about binomial interpolation.

The actual term is polynomial interpolation. And for that matter, binomial interpolation is the same thing as linear interpolation.
Eg. silly maths here ignore me and move on :D

The binomial expansion is massively useful everywhere. Have you heard of Pascal's triangle? Write this:

1
1 1
1 2 1
1 3 3 1
1 4 6 4 1

Each number is the sum of the two that are directly above it. If you read across a row in the triangle, it's the coefficients in the binomial expansion. :D

The bottom row will give you (x+y)^4.

Finding a large supply of iron in minecraft
Accidentally learning how to make ladders[everything I know in minecraft is self-taught, except nether portals...]
Learning that pressing F3 while playing minecraft puts little numbers I can see through walls over enemies heads, allowing me to find lots of hidden secret caverns underground (=
This song

And this one

Comics from XKCD

My little sisters puppy playing with my feet

Realizing that I never have to go to my grandmother's[on my moms side] house ever again... THANK YOU SWEET MERCIFUL GOD!!!!

Mild sauce from that BBQ place on various meat products[Hotdogs, microwave chicken nuggets, chicken sandwich(From same place, it was like that just chopped a whole chicken in half and put it in-between 2 slices of bread... which was awesome)]

Realizing the irony[I love irony] in playing an emulator for a system that is nearly 10 years old on my $1499 USD laptop that I got for Christmas.

My youtube song playlist

Team America: World Police[Playing in the background while I was playing my emulator]

Me and my sister in a contest to see who could hold a stupid face the longest without cracking up

Realizing the water in our new place smells like week old rotten eggs[I don't know why this was funny to me]

My mom taking the annoying dog with her to her boyfriend's house

taking only a half-heart damage from a creeper that snuck up on me when I wasn't wearing any armor[on minecraft]

Finding a zombie and creeper stuck on two stone pillars, just outside of the kill me range[Minecraft]

A bit of griefing with TNT on a multi-player minecraft server [SHUT UP, IT WAS ONLY A BIT OF GRIEFING!!!]

The song in the background of this comic ----> ? ? ? [Well, I thought it was epic]

Going a bit insane with signs on minecraft

BANANA HAMMOCKS GO!!! XD [The only people who will ever get that will have played Deadrising 2 with me]

Quote

It's kinda funny when we all collectively realize that Bieber's music itself doesn't suck; only when it's performed by a 16 year old pop star
which was a response to----> ? ? ? [Listen to song]

Taeshi [Won't say how]

The underwear i'm wearing right now[for various reasons, including the faces I imagine people making upon seeing this on my list]

The fact that I lose weight without even trying in the slightest :D

420... not [directly] because of weed though

A scene from my life today:
*Rummaging through crap*
"Hey, my colored pencils!"
*grabs blank composition notebook*
[Twenty minutes of doodling later]
*Half finished picture*
"Hmmmmm, maybe if I rub it like that girl at school was doing it will look better"[She was using it as a blending technique or something, so I imitated]
*rubbing paper*
*twelve minutes of rubbing later*
"Still looks like crap, might as well finish though"
* forty more minutes of rubbing and drawing later*
"The hell, this looked like crap not twenty minutes ago, now it looks awesome... well, by my standards anyways"
*A moment sitting their looking stupid*
"I've been talking to myself"

Newman's OWN!!! [The only people who will get that are me and my sister, but it still makes me smile every time]

Boobs... not for being sexy though =D

The wax blocks from my engineering classes milling machine projects [Which I was the first to finish]

ENGINEERING [FUCK YEAH!!!!]

My computer not shutting itself off before I could get it plugged in when the "BATTERY LOW" message popped up[Which it does roughly 45 seconds before it shuts itself off, and doesn't even show me if i'm in a game until I click the screen]

MAN BOOBS!!!!

Spiders [Especially when my sister freaked out upon finding a live one crawling across her hand while watching "Saving pvt.Ryan"

Finding out nail polish was around $1024 USD per gallon, as opposed to gas at roughly $4 a gallon[$3.60ish around where I live], which made me glad i'm a man and also not a tranny

Having so many things which made me smile on this list.

Posting this list in hopes of making other people smile at how many things I smile about (=

@Blazernarm
I smiled because you found a way to corrupt my happiness[You can't win with me =P, my happiness is infinite and triggered by too many things to offset]

Smiling alot today as I read through some webcomics[Two kinds, slightly damned, a bunch on Smackjeeves]

Finding a natural Nether portal in Minecraft

Finding my stuff from an early long range expedition in minecraft[Super happy about this one, found a nearly perfect condition diamond pic, a bunch of lazis lazuli, a bunch of iron stuff, and on the expedition I finally found a desert biome that had cacti in it =D]

MOM'S BIRTHDAY (=

The fact that i'm more comfortable on the air mattress then my old bed[Which sags because of years of me sleeping and playing video games from the same position on my bed]

Finding out my wireless mouse's usb thingy fits in the gap in the battery area

American dad[episode where Stan and Francine are scaring the hell out of each other]

The smell of the water from the bathroom faucet again[when my older sister commented on the smell as, Quote, "What smells like vag blood?", end quote]

Wii_Anonymous [Awesome friend!!!]

Ideas for my personal story that no one else will ever see because i'm not confident in my writing ability.

More, but gotta go back to the house.

That said, Discovery Channel should probably be renamed "Explosion Channel".

Well if it was named Animal Channel it'd probably have rocks or something.

Also yes. Although there's quite a bit more to it than explosions.

Speaking of education, was studying for a test today with friends. We took different approaches, I decided to learn the basics of the maths and theories, they all just went and learnt how to solve complex questions involving said theoris. Some of them were joking the whole time, bragging about how I won't be able to do anything in the test without doing the stuff they are, well sure proved them wrong come test time, they were useless 8-)

Today, I was at the othrodontist, and I saw a litttle kid talking with his mom. He said "Why we go the hospital?" and for whatever reason, that made me start belly laughing. I guess it was the way he said it?

Arrived at my writing class (which more or less doubles for a philosophy class) late for the third time this month (the rest I just didn't show up). At the end of class, I spoke with the teacher and apologized about my tardiness which I had zero excuse for. While she did tell me I need to get my shit straight, she said that she missed my being in class because "nearly everything I say is thought-provoking." Needless to say, that made me feel pretty awesome 8-)

Also, (this was two days ago but, whatever) on Sunday, I went to a con with several of my friends. One of them (who I'm crushing pretty hard on at the moment) was dressed in an awesomely pimped out pink dress. It was pretty awesome ^_^
