  • #3

Ehhhhhh 4.7/10

Mhm. Yeah.
  • #4

10/10 Because Rick Astley is awesome.

  • #5

2.4/10, but that's just my bias. However, of course the point of this inevitably creates bias, so what the hey.
Against mindless overdrive and uninspired drumbeats and lack of melody and poory written lyrics.

Gimme a sec...

You like that, you'll like this.

((A two-fer!))

8/10 because it's Judas Priest

Mmm, never been a Genesis fan. Phil Collins was a fucking beast drummer, though, so I'm gonna say 7/10.

9/10 Epic Symphony is Epic

  • #21

1.5/10. IMO, anyhow. I am not into metal at all. Too much mush and crunchy distortion effects, too much overbearing tension.

Sorry.

Anyway: Take your pick;
New Era

Alternate Version

Retro

A lively tune, with a driving and engaging rhythm; the vocals work well in relation with the instrumental parts, and the saxophone solo lifts the whole song quite a bit. That said, it does not stand out particularly much, and although it is well executed there is nothing that makes it anything more. Therefore, I give it a 7/10.

If you will excuse me... My link is not to YouTube at all, since the version of the song I want is not on there. It is Highland Aire, by Lyle Mays: Link
  • #28

Though not my usual cup of tea, it was smooth and over-all catchy, thought it seemed to be lacking something. 8/10

  • #29

7/10, awesome ambiance throughout, but I was waiting for a drop that never came. I like drops.

(stick with it)
  • #30

10/10 because I like techno so much.

  • #31

2 out of 10 because I HATE RAP!!!

  • #32

4/10 It slowly faded from annoying to catchy annoying.

The first two minutes or so are the artist setting up the sound loops for the song so, don't throw it away immediately.

Hahaha that was actually pretty cool. 7/10

  • #38

4/10 mainly because I cant get behind that type of vocal style.

  • #39

It was ambitious, but the vocalists were kind of off-putting. I sometimes think they do the screaming thing when they themselves can't carry a tune. I'd give it 6 of 10.

EDIT: this was meant for the Parkway Drive thing, I didn't post this until a while after writing it, sorry.

4/10

I never liked Heavy Metal. Unless it's not THAT heavy. by that I mean you can understand what the hell he's saying. Still, not bad.

I am listening to Face To Face, 'Derezzed, The Brainwasher, The Prime Time Of Your Life and Robot Rock (not all at once of course). All by Daft Punk.
If you wanna hear them just go to www.grooveshark.com or youtube.

I've mentioned before how much I friggen love Daft Punk. A lot of people would call me an idiot, but a lot of people would support me.
