I can tell you right away the ultimate anti-depressant: "The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker" If I play that game at any point in time for more than 15 minutes, nostalgia kicks in like heroin and I forget about everything. Find a childhood video game and play it if you seriously feel that bad.

I never understood what putting a razor blade into an arm or leg would accomplish though. Amaris, can you clarify? Though I'd rather that you didn't do that at all. I care about your well-being, just as much as I do Taeshi's.

Thank you wacko... It's kind of like a drug. Cutting releases chemical reactions in the brain, it's kind of a release.... just like some people smoke or drink, I cut to relieve stress. I've been doing pretty well recently, in not cutting myself.... But things have gotten very out of control. Thank you for caring, it seriously means a lot to me.
