I'm a little surprised that the racist undertones of the way birds, hedgehogs, and yoshis are treated were not only maintained but in fact reinforced by the beginning of the new chapter that replaced Up to Bat.
Also, I keep being completely sure that some piece of dialogue has changed, checking the archives, and seeing that that bit of dialogue is the same but something else on that same page is different, implying that the archives have not been altered so far and the dialogue was always that way since the pages don't completely match. How delusional am I?

I got my phonebook today too. Though, I was a little sad not to see a sketch on the inside, though I did the preorder. I must say, a lot has been cleaned up, a lot more clear in the lines. I am very happy to own said book. Though, my fiance gave me strange looks for a long while. o.o

You specifically had to order the sketch if you wanted one. In addition, you had to specify the subject of the sketch yourself if you did order a book with a sketch.

The cover is just fascinating and the quality is terrific and very readable. Really clean and love how the book is introduce. I knew when I first ordered it, I was going to regret not getting the sketch edition and I do, but whether it's limited, sketch, or standard it's still a spectacular book and I really can't complain.
Taeshi and Suit, you guys did such a amazing job on it! Thank you for putting a lot of effort into it and the all the new added content(including the bonus) makes the book even more excellent. I look forward to volume 2 and if a sketch edition is offered for it, I'll be sure to consider it.

Wow, yeah, that is an easy one to forget. My second trip through the archives was aborted when I got frustrated with the early stuff and noticed that a book was in the making. Its been a long time in coming since the store had a note at the time suggesting it could be ready for Christmas, and it was still several months away at the time. Absolutely worth the wait!

well i got mine 3 days after i got the e-mail saying it got shipped. i don't know what it is but when i order something it just seems to come in earlier than predicted also i uploaded my sketch to booru. the book was almost bigger than my copy of Azumanga Daioh and it weighed less so its not such a burden to carry. overall im pretty impressed with the quality of this book and i cant wait for the next volume.

Well finally got a hold of mine after my roommate misplaced the package...for three weeks. I'll have to find my camera to show the sketch but it's pretty cute and funny at the same time. Thank very much, it's really nice and it's awesome now that you can easily flip to whatever page you want to rather than a bombardment of clicking. It calls for a celebration!

Just got my book! All perfectly sound and flawless.
Arrived just in time for our semestral break. I'm really surprised on how light it was. Also, amazing quality! A bit disappointed that the colored pages weren't colored, but the additional content totally makes up for it.

The same happend to me. I ordered on the 4th of august and was told the 4 of October. I saw the email and I was just like fffffffffffffffuuuuuuuuuu! But I got it 4 or 5 days ago. Bliss! My god it's light.
