Assuming you could incapacitate the guy temporarily, I'd do that and then take the kittens.
They seem to be in pain ._.

I would start off by giving the guy some chloroform. This way I could go about saving the kittens without any sort of fight. I surely wouldn't want them to be hurt in the resulting struggle.

I would then lay the man down on a soft surface of some kind. He may have a real mental problem and be in need of legitimate help.

I would then soak the man and kittens in maple syrup. This way, I can safely remove the tape from the man and the kittens. And if the kittens are starving, they can eat.

I would then remove said tape from the man and kittens.

I would then call help for the man.

I would then eat the kittens. After all, they're covered in maple syrup.

So is the ethical dilemma ours or his? I find this to be a valid question, seeing as that speech bubble might as well come from somebody out of the frame.

If it was ours, I would honestly have no idea, although I would try to talk him out of strapping kittens to his chest. The tape itself would be a minor concern at the time.

If that were the case, ILB, then I think a formulated question would be: If you accidentally kill the mom cat, is it ethical to force the kittens to breastfeed upon you or ween them off early?
