Make one round, one thin, one pudgy and one just not right. 
I think what RedJack wants is to throw the imperfections on your characters.
Like one has rounder cheeks or something, some are tall and thick, others could be a tad smaller or scrawnier.
Course this isn't an overnight process, so hope to see you try to do that with your current characters or future characters.

I dunno exactly how, but I guess a thinner belly, slightly more noticeable hips, and I guess a more feminine head.
I forget what points of the head defines a male and female skull, but I think a more pointed chin and thinner jaw is typical.

Shit man, you draw a pretty ok Blackstar. Sadly, that arm looks pretty terrible.
Also ugh come on Raxki. In the second picture from the top of the page, where are Hiro's knees? People's knees don't disappear no matter how big or baggy their trousers are. If he spends a lot of time wearing those clothes, where are the knee creases? C'mooooooon.
