Hiro's head seems a little squashed when looked at from the side. If you're using humans as a reference, they should look more like this:
Notice how the neck is between the middle of the skull and back? That's because the back of the skull is round and extends past the point where the spine connects.
As you see, the nose should extend outward somewhat. Whether you use shading or lines to show this is up to you, but as I said, his head seems somewhat squashed.
Edit: Here, I did a quick drawing of Hiro/Raxki to give you an idea on how the proportions should be. The picture isn't that good but honestly I was considered with making a point, not making art. I did, however try to make him more human/less anthro, but failed. Oh well.

It's not a positive laugh. His eyes look terrible. They are spaced out and don't seem to be looking anywhere, one of the eyes seems to be aimed towards the audience and the other is away from the character. I'm sure the intention was for him to look away, but the eyes look spaced out and the mouth looks durpy with the tongue just kind of inked in. It makes me think of a muppet.
It might look fine to you, but that's why you are not improving.

Oh well. I knew it was to good to be true.
But to be honest i was keep having trouble with his eyes. I try to get it right, but so many failures i just give up...*shrugs*
Maybe because his left eye's sclera is cover by the hair make him look a bit derpy?
What look fine to me?

I feel like it's the responsibility of the artist asking for requests to at least do a little research if they don't know what something is before asking what it is....

When you're done with requests, I'd like to see you draw a variety of different animals. Seeing as you mainly do cats with the occasional dog (have you drawn a rabbit? I don't remember), I think a good project would be to try drawing different animals. Perhaps mice, giraffes, insects, rabbits if you haven't, horses, dolphins, cows, birds...you know. Just branch out. Don't lock yourself into cats/dogs.
Additionally, when drawing humans, don't lock into Caucasian. Maybe do a couple humans of varying skin tones?
