She is one or two year younger than Reed which he is 13.

In any case, your artwork appears to have vastly improved from a year ago. It's looking more polished, and the grammar doesn't burn my eyes either! (Thank you for getting some editors.) I especially like the first two pages of chapter 2. Little Reed looks freaking cute on the first page. Though I admit I still have trouble distinguishing between the characters at first glance, Hiro and Reed in particular. Doesn't help that most of the cast have names that start with R or S either. Too much potential for confusion.

Ah, well....Reed is the dog counterpart to Hiro...which he is cat.
Yeah i notice sometime later of the cast names start with sames letters... except Hiro and Xeol.

Chapter 2 now focus more on Reed.
Raxki is not part of the story. This is not a side story.

I don't actually see much wrong with the drawings from a technical point of view, other than that you left out a line on the torso of the guy on the bottom left. (From a Google search, I gather that guy is supposed to be Senji Kiyomasa, although I have to say that sprouting blades from one's arms doesn't seem very natural to me.)
The only other mistake you made was spelling 'forum' wrong.

Too heavy of a contrast between the lightness of the fur and the dark colour of the clothes. Perhaps consider using a lighter blue/red/green/black.

Man I loved Batman Beyond. So much badassery went down in that show. Augustus does seem to fit for that role more than the other characters from BCB.
Oh and yeah I knew it seemed odd with that but that was one of the better pictures that came up. Surprisingly your picture also came up in the search.
