Raxki. The faces you draw still kind of look the same. And most of the time no matter what action the mouth is doing your head shape stays as is. The cheeks and chin don't change position. So the mouth sometimes look like it opens at your character's cheek or your character suddenly loses the chin. And when you do manga expressions, it just looks awkward. You should work on the way you draw faces more.

you should colour the inside of his ears differently from the outside, no? But uh, yeah, it's looking pretty good! Up to you if you want to shade it or not. Do you think you need practice shading?

My main criticism would be that there's not enough detail below the head. You know, the little lines that show texture, wrinkles, folds, and so on. Those details are what really help make a character look alive instead of being flat, plain, and two-dimensional.
