Have you ever?
I don't think so but, then again, I did a lot of hopeless shameful things in 2010 so...

My ex and I had mutual crushes on each other. (And by 'ex' I really mean ex-crush rather than ex-girlfriend, as we never actually got into a relationship.)

That depends if the crush turned into a relationship. If so, yes I have and we are currently planning on getting married.

Well, a relationship doesn't necessarily have to exist before meeting. I did meet my internet crush, and she had a crush on me as well, but to make a long story short, she and I just didn't match up that well in real life, so we didn't get into a relationship.

No, but my sister has. Funny story, the police said that it would take a week or two before they could actually do something about him, my sister gave them the guy's name, they looked it up and went "Okay, we're dealing with this immediately." Worrisome. (The guy turned out to be a complete nutcase with a history, so far as I know he's in jail now, but either way they turned his attention away from my sis.)

Have you ever purposely lit something on fire that you probably shouldn't have?

You'd be suprised. Normally foil doesn't burn but if something near it starts burning the foil will smolder. Iit is then suddenly exposed to oxygen it then goes up like a match.
Have you ever destroyed a household appliance for fun because it was already broken beyond repair?
