even though that would be really creepy, its not really a fear of mine (ranked fear) since i watched Zombieland and High School of the Dead and such, i have a good idea what to do in that situation, provided im not dead.
I havent really got a greatest fear since i've never met something or seen something in my whole life that i've been utterly terrified of. But at a guess, it would probably be dieing, since i really really dont want to die.
