let him or her go I'm the youngest in my family they won't listen to me and it's not like I'd be held responsible for them running away anyway. One of the advantages of being the youngest is I usually don't get in trouble for not looking out for them. :P

I'd be in charge, that way, even though some people will disagree with such control on society, at least i'm the one that's making the rules, meaning that it is a utopia to me, and a dystopia to like everyone who doesn't like my ideas.
