BCB Last Names

I've always wondered: What are the last names of BCB characters?

If they weren't meant to have last names, what ones would suit them?

Taeshi didn't give her characters any last names, since she thought they were irrelevant. However, from "Casting Call", we do know Mike's last name begins with an S, and Katie's last name starts with He.

Tess does have a last name (Tessa Canning) because her creator gave her one. And of course we know McCain's last name.

For a time I wanted to retcon the "S" and name Mike Michael Phelphs after Cole Phelphs from LA Noire because he was annoying goodie-two-shoes with the law.

Then I remembered Michael Phelps is an actual IRL swimmer.

He'll stick with the unknown S. I think the idea of Michael Scott is still hilarious.

Personally, I think of Sir Walter Scott.

I never tried to make up a last name for Mike, but for some reason, I immediately thought of "Hewitt" for Katie.

Michael Scott is the character of a show.

It can very well be a last name.

(It's not Michael's last name, though, but it's funny that he has the same initials as The Office's Michael Scott. Even though they're nothing alike)
