Baskey's Art (BasketCase).... Now taking requests

@BasketCase: I can actually see that, to be honest.

Well, while you probably won't be selling your artwork at premium prices just yet, you're still quite good, and you apparently know your way around an airbrush better than I do. All I can say is practice, practice, practice.

(Yes, I've been lurking for a while, but hey, I had to find out what all the fuss was about right?)

Edited for clarity. also, I really don't see a problem with the long hair, as mentioned before I could tell where the wings originated just fine.

Yeah, you can tell where they originate from, but I don't imagine wings hanging that loaw would be practical for flight.

Also yeah, the tear seems misplaced. I doubt it would come out of the outer corner of her eye.

The legs look a little weird, as does the hair in some parts.

You might want to outline the arms because right now, I thought she had a heart shaped patch of fur on her chest instead of the hands making a heart sign. I do very much like her face though. : D

No legs ever come apart that high up.

Wait until below dat dere fur patch. The split is at the bottom of the Pelvis, since that's where they both attach. Those hole things are where the joint is.

I made this to illustrate my point.

EDIT: Yeah, I was gonna mention the outlining as well, but didn't want this post to get weighed down in negativity :D

Other than the anatomy stuff and the lines, looks pretty good, Casey ^_^

I actually really like the lack of outlining in that drawing. It works really well on the arms.

Edit: Fucking hell BC, can you make a drawing I don't love? It's begining to numb my mind.

That's excellent. "Can't outline"... Ha! My ass! I like the awkward pose she has. If I have one problem it is the the hands meet in the center of the image, not if the body, and that the shoulders are forward facing. This skews the perspective alittle, but that's not a real problem. whether this was in outlines or not wouldn't have changed this... :smirk:

I have decided that I prefer your traditional art.
Also on that latest drawing you should try making Lucy's head a little wider (not sure if the correct term). Unless you know this already, then disregard this.

I don't think it's wrong anatomically (except for a few things, but only if you pay enough attention you will notice)
I mean, I'm assuming it's just an stylistic choice the big head and etc. So I suppose it has enough suspension of disbelief to look good.
