I'm pretty sure that message is just saying don't directly ask fancharacters any questions. The picture you linked asks Lucy about Kou, just like this picture asks Sue about McCain which is alright to do I think.

No, Daisy actually does look up to Paulo, according to the relationship chart. They're close friends, and he's done things for her, including helping her win the school election.

Abbey is indeed Daisy's second-best choice, however her first choice would be Mike, not Paulo. Right now, Daisy doesn't think of Paulo as being anything more than a very good friend. Daisy is infatuated with Mike, while Paulo is currently choosing to pursue his crush on Lucy. But who knows what may happen in the end?

it's a sound theory, and is why I would believe that Daisy would never be with Paulo. But then again the possibilities are endless, for instance we've seen Daisy start to lose some of her interest in Mike, since he's taken. I could see her settling with Abbey, but I could also see her going for Paulo. She's a very protective person, and she may not think that Paulo should be with Paulo, and may interfere or something.
