There a lot of good how out there but the biggest four top show in my mind are:

1: Whale Wars

Whale Wars is a weekly American documentary-style reality television series that premiered on November 7, 2008 on the Animal Planet cable channel. The program follows Paul Watson, founder of the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, as he and his crew aboard their various vessels harass Japanese whalers off the coast of Antarctica.The third season premiered on June 4, 2010.Animal Planet has renewed the series for a fourth season likely set to premiere in June 2011.

Deadliest Catch is a documentary/reality television series produced by Original Productions for the Discovery Channel. It portrays the real life events aboard fishing vessels in the Bering Sea during the Alaskan king crab and C. opilio crab fishing seasons

3:Storm Chasers

Storm Chasers is a weekly American documentary reality television series that premiered on October 17, 2007 on the Discovery Channel. Produced by Original Media, the program follows several teams of storm chasers as they attempt to intercept tornadoes in Tornado Alley in the United States. Season 4 opened with a premier episode on Wednesday, October 13th at 10PM Eastern.

4:MythBusters

MythBusters is a science entertainment TV program created and produced by an Australian company, Beyond Television Productions originally for the Discovery Channel in the United States. The series is screened by numerous international broadcasters, including SBS One and the Discovery Channel in Australia, Discovery Channel Canada, Quest and the Discovery Channel in the UK. The show's hosts, special effects experts Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman, use elements of the scientific method to test the validity of rumors, myths, movie scenes, adages, Internet videos and news stories.
For me these are the best reality show ever been but tell me what others awesome show there is.

I didn't even know that show had come out yet. I never even bothered to look at what it's about.

So what are all these shows about? The Deadliest Catch I know, and I rather like that one, but otherwise I have not even heard of half of these.

And this is a reality show? It sounds more like a sitcom. ^_^

At least two people have committed suicide after being on a Ramsay show. One from Hell's Kitchen and one from Kitchen Nightmares. Neither actually had anything to do with him, so far as I've heard, but it's still entertaining watching him make people cry.

And it's better than watching that snaggle-toothed drama queen Watson pretend he was shot, at any rate.
