every long post

I kinda do that, but for me it is often replies. I will type out what I think looks nice but unless I think I am adding something to the conversation I will delete what I was going to post. Generally means I only post early on a lot of these SS threads as if I am late to the party almost everything I was going to say has been said.

So yeah, I write out replies then delete them cause yeah.

I have sometimes written out things and then deleted without posting. Did just that earlier this week in the "December" discussion.

So many times I do this.

Every post....EVERY. LAST. ONE.

I used to write entire well-thought essays for certain topics, then I remembered it's the internet and no one gives a fuck to read all that shit. So I delete all that and replace it with something serious and succinct then follow it up with something about semen. Most people who write essays on the internet are just scrambling to articulate themselves and mashing their fat sausage fingers against a billion keyboards in frustration at their own train of thought and inadequacy of their language.

I have to stop myself from this all the time. Even in texts my friends would always tease me for writing paragraphs. I end up trying to remember that not every conversation is a philosophical debate.
