Oh, alright.
If you live in an area that's gotten snow so far:
Gather up a huge chunk of snow on a random street corner and build a snowman on the spot. If there's a law against that, then just screw it all.
If you live in an area without snow:
Buy a box of Twinkies at the store and go around giving them away to anyone you see until each Twinkie has been given away. No giving more than one to a person, no forcing someone to take it.

Still in Paint, still done with a touch pad and I am still horrible at drawing, though, so the result might be called so-and-so if that word was without any positive connotations.
