The best goddamn chips in the world

No question. It should be a crime for most stores to not carry these things.

I don't get it. what does this have to do with ponies?

I've seen those. Maybe I'll try a bag sometime. I can keep it in my desk at work 8-)

If you like potato chips that are pretty oily, but taste amazing, you need to come to Iowa and look for Sterzings potato chips. They're only sold in Iowa in grocery stores that aren't Walmart. Kapitan can back me up on how good these are

They don't advertise it too much, but the chips are made 100% from ponies.

Oh snap, you're right. I was wondering why the first ingredient on the back of the bag said hydrogenated 'Potro'. Must give the flavor that extra mesquite zing.

I concur; Sterzings are awesome, even though they're incredibly greasy.

I typically eat Old Dutch chips. The Smokey BBQ and Creamy Dill flavours are both goddamn tasty.

Perhaps for the BCB Canada meetup, we should offer some chip flavours not commonly found in the United States (all-dressed, ketchup, bacon, dill pickle). Maybe add some hickory sticks and red cream soda as well.

Though if any of the above brands makes potato chips (not corn chips, can't stand those) in any variation of Salt and Vinegar, I'll be more than happy to grab a bag and compare.

As far as Marshmallows brand is concerned, if it makes its presence known in the Kansas City area with any flavor, I'll try it. I've heard nothing but good things about those products.

Old Dutch does indeed make salt and vinegar chips, at least north of the border. These come in two varieties: regular salt and vinegar, and kettle-cooked sea salt and malt vinegar. The vinegar taste is quite strong, for the regular chips at least.
