Your first...

A man I met on Omegle. This person is a MASTER at trolling, and he is also good at avoiding counter-trolls.

Who was the first person you knew who died?
  • #251

I remember four people in my life dying, but only until the fourth did I actually talk to him here and there.

The first time out of the four was my grandfather dying when I was two. Second time was my aunt when I was six. Third time was a student in my grade, when I was 12. Fourth time was my then best friend's mother's boyfriend when I was 13. The funny thing is I've never lost anyone I'd be heartbroken without. I mean, I'm not happy they died, of course, but if someone like my close friend, my parents, my girlfriend, etc., died, then I'd be pretty lost for a while.

... tl;dr

anyway, first time you won a competition?
  • #252

Never won one. I've joined a couple of art contests but never one once.

First story you ever made?
  • #253

Oh, god. It was this really awful Megaman Battle Network-esque story about eight year olds who are playtesting a video game and end up saving the world from an evil desk receptionist using the powers they got in the video game, because those apparently worked against computer viruses.

Yeah, really.

First time you comptemplated dying?
  • #254

Dying as in I am a mortal? If so when I was like 5 if I don't misremeber.
First time I thought about how dying would be like or what would happen after? Like 10 or something.

First time you considered acting dumber to befriend more people?
  • #255

I can't remember. I lived it for the majority of my life and still do it sometimes. But not usually.

First drawing?
  • #256

A serious drawing? A drawing of Sonic.

First serious injury?
  • #257

  • #258

First person you slapped/punched?

  • #259

Black girl. In the face. With glasses. They broke.

Same Q
  • #260

I've never really had to slap or punch really. I did have my school's resident ninja philosopher teach me how to throw a decent punch though, just in case.

First time you broke your own limits?
  • #261

Physical or mental?
For physical, recently, actually, during ROTC. We were doing P.T. and the Colonel said he would drop the lowest test grades of the first fifteen people to be done with our exorcise. Boy, did I want that test grade dropped...

When I was 13. Goddamn Hardy and his smug air of know-it-all superiority. Planted my Skecher right above his waist, and did another forward kick just too send it home. The fight afterward sucked, but we each held some sort of silent agreement not to antagonise eachother anymore.(Dat Linebreak) Your first time seeing an Arcade?
  • #264

i was like in umm... about 10?
my cousin brother took me there, i spent hours on a vending machine

first time you wanted something so bad you could have stolen it
  • #265

I can't really think of a material thing I've wanted that badly. I could be super cheesy and say something like "love" but, then... oh dear, the horrifying implications...

First book series you completed?
  • #266

I never did. Not in real life, anyhow. Neither physical nor emotional. I might have on the internet without meaning to, though. If I did, oh jeez I'm sorry. D :

First video game you ever played?
  • #278

I think it was Civilization I or Doom.
I can't remember.

First time spending more than 4 hours on the computer?
  • #279

Probably when I attended college. Oh man, how much I loved spending all night long and then some working on my demo reel. /sarcasm : /

Same question because my brain is intelligent.
  • #280

I have no idea, I always spend completely obscure amounts of time in front of my computer.

First time you realized that life sucks sometimes?
  • #281

Back when I was two years ahead of the standard and taking algebra in seventh grade, I got crappy grades and my parents forced me down into math honors 7 instead. :(

Same question because it's a good one.

I didn't, really.
My opinion on life formed more along the lines of "One moment comes, then another does." and "whatever happens happens" regardless of my objective opinion. I remember back to a few emotionaly an/or physicaly painful but petty and fairly early experiances and I sort of delt with them as they happened and then delt with the happy moments the same way.

Riding a bike uphill during a storm. Slipped after getting into it too much. Removed enough skin (and meat) for me to not heal for like... 2 months?

same Q
  • #285

Mae - Awakening

The lyrics have a special sort of meaning to me. I can't be bothered to explain why because ahahahaha I'm such an emotional train wreck walking sob story please shoot me, pretty much.

Same question, I suppose.
  • #286

... Eight melodies.

Some queen songs were meaningful before eight melodies, but EM hit me harder.

I don't know why.

Same q. Because awesome question.
  • #287

Stumbled across this only recently, but I'd have to say it's the first song to truly mean something to me in some fashion.

Same question, because music is a great expression of the soul and mind. Sometimes. I guess it really depends?
  • #288

Self-explanatory.

When was your first Eiffel Tower? Did you include your best friend?

The first time I visited the Eiffel Tower was in May 2008. It was with my family, I had no best friend at that time.

(Conveniently ignoring the other meaning of "Eiffel Tower". :-* )

IT'S CALLED CLOSER YOU UNCULTURED FUCK

On-topic: Probably my brother back when he was in the eleventh grade (so... something like eight years ago?). I was asked by my parents to watch after him when his girlfriend was around.

First time you failed a class?
  • #291

Pre-calculus with trig this year :nope: only class I failed.

same question
  • #292

Bio and Chem in Uni this year. I just didn't bother trying haha.

First time cockblocking! Fun question is fun.
  • #293

Why do I have many weird memories from being at sanatoriums...

A girl and a guy were... "getting it on", I guess when me, my bro and our roommate noticed them behind the big rock. We sneaked up to the rock, waited for them to start taking their clothes off and all went "Woooooooooo!" and ran off after he got ready to chase us. Hid behind the 'Blue house' and watched him panic.

I only realised we cockblocked him a few years later. Derp.

Same q. It's funny.
  • #294

A couple years ago I went with my friend to his girlfriend's house because MY girlfriend was supposed to be there too.

I dont think I need to explain how that is a cockblock. Sorry brett!

Same q.

Virgin and proud!

...well, there's nothing to explain here.

First time you were knocked unconscious?
  • #296

It was in the fifth grade, my school did not want to pay for janitors so they decided to have the kids clean the lunchroom after the lunch period ended. It was my turn to do the jobs, and someone had spilled some cleaning solution on the floor or something. I slipped, hit my head on the edge of a table, then the floor. I blacked out for a while until someone was kind enough to help revive me. The school did nothing about it, just sent me back to class. I could not see out of my right eye and lost my memory of everything that had happened to me prior to that day. I am starting to get that memory back with the help of people I have been friends with since I was a child, but my memory still to this day is poor and I do not remember great chunks of my childhood.

First solid food.
  • #297

I had a low blood pressure moment and just fell to the side. I didn't feel anything. I just woke up on the ground a couple of minutes (I think it was just a couple of minutes) later.

Same q as to not ninja anyone.

Yeah... I thought that would happen. (Also damn)

umm... I think it was Cochayuyo, a seaweed. Very cheap and nutritious, and fucking awful tasting.
