What was the #1 Hit Single on Your Birthday?

Pretty simple. Just search for what was the most popular song in your country on the day and year you were born and share it. Maybe give a little critique or give your feelings on it.

You might discover something new you like. Who knows.

Sometimes I feel like I was born in the wrong decade. The fact that this song was my entrance into this world only solidifies that thought.

Not my style, but I can see why it was popular. The 80's were weird as hell, after all.

Hardly inspiring stuff, although preferable to what could have been popular in the 90s.

Not my kind of music in the slightest.

At least I know who this person is.

Two Madonna songs in a row? Lovely.

I really hate this song so much honestly. I dislike Madonna, I dislike her music, I dislike how slow and sappy this song is.

I wish I was born on this day in 1988.

I LOVE this song! I've heard it on all the classic rock stations, but never knew the artist or title. I'm pretty stoked to know that the #1 single hit on my birthday is a song I'm pretty familiar with

It's weird that Steve Winwood was still putting out music in the late 80's, and even weirder that you know who he is.

Mine was the theme to Miami Vice. Meh. It could've been worse. My brother and sister (who are twins) got my Mariah Carey like BSC. Though I think we're all reading the wrong charts here.

Jerk just made me realise that I was looking at the UK singles chart. Turns out it was much more bearable in Aus at that point.

Rakshiv: That's fucking awesome. The only other song by Rick Astley I know and it sounds almost exactly like Never Gonna Give You Up
