I get it now.

I know why Mike pushes Lucy away.
He lets Sandy walk all over him. Evidence: December page 28. "I don't think I like her. At all."
So in turn he walks all over Lucy to feel better about himself.
And after just that one line he suddenly realizes he doesn't like her either? *insert many curse words describing how much bull that is*
He got along fine with her until Sandy said that. Sandy has Mike wrapped around her finger. Just a few tears over the phone and Mike is hers.
I think there is a reason that Sandy and Lucy stopped being friends. And that reason, I infer, is that Lucy realized that Sandy is a total bitch.
Comment with valid arguments, and not "But Mike loves Sandy" blah blah blah. Please.

It wasn't just one line, Sandy just helped him realized that Lucy was being a mean tsundere. Furthermore, Sandy and Lucy were never friends. And yeah you should have posted in one of the "Mike is a Dick" or "Sandy sucks" topics or maybe on "December".

Also, I live in Texas, and the time here is about 3:30 AM so I'm not really getting some facts right.
I remembered that it was Daisy who was friends with Sandy and not Lucy.
And never do I once state that Mike is a dick or Sandy sucks. I just don't think she's right for him.
The reason behind this is if Mike loved Sandy when they were younger and he then fell in love with Lucy, why did he fall in love with Lucy if he loved Sandy. If you fall in love with two people, then go with the second person you fell in love with. If you truly loved the first person you wouldn't have fallen in love with the second. And please don't get me started on different threads. I don't really get on forums that much. I don't really get references to other threads.
One more thing, life is full of tsundere people. I would be tsundere were I female.

That's a pretty terrible argument. We don't know that Sandy is a bitch because we've barely seen her. Mike walks all over lucy because that's how she's treated him for years, and he's finally realised that he doesn't have to stand for it because he has other people who care about him; this appears to be a topic which butthurt MikexLucy fans gleefully skip over. Anyway, surely his own girlfriend has a right to be annoyed because another girl has punched him? Doesn't that make sense?

So basically, since you'd style yourself a tsundere in real life, you see Lucy as your in-comic proxy and feel the need to vilify Sandy to validate your own shitty behavior. I get it now.

No, your Mike doesn't love you because you are genuinely a bitch. He'd been such a doormat he didn't realize he was putting up with your shit because he probably had the same stupid, unrealistic view on tsundere attitude that you have.
