Fauxmosexuality. Otherwise, it's just regular melodrama. Anybody who wants real guy-on-guy action switched to Ultimate Fighting Championship years ago.

World Wildlife Foundation?
It's called the WWE now and it's been like that for years.
And they call it professional wrestling because the guys that do all the shit are trained and take safety procautions so they don't get hurt. But wrestlers injur themselves all the time. Mick Foley's tooth went through his upper lip durring an actual match, then there was the Joey Murcery ladder incident where his face got hit with a ladder and he actually broke his nose and had to get it stitched.
Now about the Drama aspect, it's all to keep people entertained that's the point. Drama and fighting. Now I have to agree with you all, the storylines fucking suck, but it's still entertaining to watch. Now, if WWE was really like what it was in South Park, I'd shit my pants and laugh. The storylines used to be kind of good until the PG-Era reared it's ugly head, but it's just a show. Entertainment, people, entertainment.

There is a good degree of talent in professional wrestling. Most wrestlers spend years, even over a decade perfecting their characters and techniques. Yes, it's all choreographed and fake, but it's not really much different than the Harlem Globetrotters. It's meant to be entertaining.
I find it boring as hell. I've known quite a few people who watch it though, my mom included. But while it's not my thing, the amount of effort and skill the "wrestlers" put into it is admirable.
And yeah, the World Wildlife Foundation sued the World Wrestling Federation and won, so it's the WWE now.
