So here's how it went down.

I was suffering from writer's block at about one in the morning while writing an extremely difficult thesis paper about three months ago. To get over said writer's block, I went into a fresh Word Doc and just randomly started typing. The end result was a BCB fanfic which I considered below shit at the time. However, looking back on it now, I realized it's potential and so I began writing it anew. This is a (very) brief introduction.

Please bear in mind that this was written while extremely tired very early in the morning and also while quite drunk, so the standard is crap. I will be updating chapters once I figure out how.

Oh dear. Michael dies?

I do not think I can criticise much, but I can say that you could flesh things out a bit more. It is just a tad... grey. If you took a bit more time to describe the setting, the postures, and the emotions of Lucy and Michael, it would be a lot better. That might also make the gap between the end of the conversation and Mike's entry into his room a bit less conspicuous. Or perhaps you should tell the tale of how he got home.

Still, a gleaming start. ^_^

Yes, this was just a really really brief introduction. It was not even intended to be a fanfic, just a way of killing the writer's block which was plaguing me T_T I assure you that the rest will be much more "fleshed out". I will probably reqrite this bit as well. And no, Mike does not die. Yet.
