I just had another look at chapter 66 and I didn't see anyone with well-defined toes. Which is odd, because this was definitely commented upon in the thread for that chapter.
I'm also starting to think the reason the pink cat on the first page is dressed and looks angry is because she's PMSing.

I don't know how often Sandy's mother would accompany her on her various fashion shows and model shoots. If Sandy's mother happens to be present, then things could get rather awkward backstage. Sandy wants to hide the relationship from her mother, and so she might introduce Mike as merely an old friend. Yet an unwitting Mike might try to do something romantic, in which case Sandy's mother would disapprove (to say the least).

You make a good point. Considering she's a minor, it would be unusual (though probably still possible) that she'd be unaccompanied by an adult. Besides, isn't it her mom that usually drives her to these kinds of things, like her interview?
But at the same time in "To the Top" Sandy mentions potentially speaking to her mom about her visiting Michael.

That's true. But Gnukko made a reference to one of the dogs on the first page of chapter 66, so I looked that up again. Didn't see any toes, even though it was commented upon here and here and here. Maybe the page was adjusted afterwards, I don't know. You tell me.

I really hate to bring this up, and I don't do it to sound like a dick, but doesn't Sandy look a little...heavier in the new page than how she was perceived to look in the chapter "To The Top"? Seriously, she seemed so much smaller and slimmer back then, like Lucy. Just something I noticed. Hm.
I haven't seen Sandy's mother in the audience yet. I assume she'd be there to support her daughter...of course, like other people said before me, if she knew about Sandy and Mike's relationship, then that might make things awkward when Mike goes backstage. We'll see...

Why the expression, Mike? I'm wondering how he's feeling, as I would think he'd be a tad more excited to have seen Sandy in person for the first time after so long. Perhaps he's that shocked.

Pretty sure the tail is from the model who followed Sandy. But obviously Mike only has eyes for Sandy. He seems to be overwhelmed with how beautiful Sandy is.
