And I think its meaning may now be clear: Lucy sent a message of some sort to Sandy using Mike's iPhone, hence this is how Sandy knows Mike hasn't been in the best of moods lately. This might signify that Lucy did indeed take heed of Augustus' words, withdrawing from Mike and just wanting him to be happy in his existing relationship with Sandy. This would mean that Lucy was the better person in the breakup of the friendship, since Mike chose to get his passive-aggressive revenge by implying that Lucy would be left all alone sans friends.
Sandy's dialogue in the fifth panel confused me at first, since it seemed like she was talking to more than one person ("you're all fine"). Seems like she's about to kiss Mike though, so he'll definitely be more than fine for a little while!
