It's brilliant. I might be so inclined to say that they've definitely released something on par or greater than Mariweather Post Pavilion, albeit I seem to constantly change what I believe to be my favorite album.
"Monkey Riches" is my most preferred song off the album so far.

My only complaint is it feels too Avey Tare without enough Panda Bear, but yeah it's amazing in my opinion. I like it more every time I listen to it.

I have this Korean friend that hates Gangnam Style. He said that it was just a fat guy jumping around. Personally, I think he hates it because it's the only mainstream kpop song there is.

That was really cool at first, and I really liked it! Dismal and heavy. But honestly, after about 5 minutes I stopped being impressed. They had basically repeated the same thing so many times that I couldn't even force myself to listen 'till the end to see if they were gonna do something, you know, interesting.

IMO Earth or Boris are pretty poor places to start with drone. I'd recommend more recent Sunn O))) stuff, like Monoliths and Dimensions to begin with. It's just kind of easier to listen to than some other drone I guess? Earth 2 is still a fucking fantastic album tho.
Anyway I've pretty much been listening to the new My Bloody Valentine album all day

It's a pretty great album, probably my favourite release so far this year. I think Loveless is fantastic but honestly, not quite the life changing 100/10 experience /mu/ on the whole seems to describe it as.
