The worst that I can remember is when I dropped a heavy window on my foot transporting it from the car to the house. I ended up breaking my toe but I didn't realize it at the time. For the next week and a bit I could hardly walk it hurt so bad, and when it finally healed it did so at an awkward angle. To this day that toe doesn't work properly and it's all jaunty and bent awkwardly.

When I was 10 years old I was pushed into a pool, but isntead of falling into the water I hit my head on the edge.
My forehead opened right above my right eye and a terrible gash was formed, at that moment the blood dripping from my injury started to pour into my eye and I was blinded by a sea of crimson pain.
I felt my vision getting blurrier by the second, but I managed to muster enough strength to cry out for help.
As my life juices escaped my body, my parents quickly took me to the local hospital were my forehead was closed....
....With GLUEEEE!!
It was a special, medical glue you see. It was cold too ¬¬.

Worst injury I've had was when my friend's dog attacked me.
So I arrive at his house in the morning and it's a bit early so he's still asleep. So decide I might as well play some pool on the pool table outside. While playing I hear something as if somebody screaming. I decided to ignore it but shortly after I heard something coming from around the house. I turn around and see the dog coming around the corner charging right at me. I thought he just wanted to play with me but I was rather naive back then (12 years old).
He bit me right in the arm ripping right through my flesh. And then at one point he lets go and proceeds to bite me in the hip. Of course through all the pain and shock I was screaming at the top of my lungs. Luckily the trainer that was training him came around in time before he could finish me off in my neck. After the dog got off me I looked at my arm to see the damage and checked my hip for the damage. I also seemed to have been scratched on my side. Shortly after the father came out and saw what had happened and rushed me into the car to the hospital (which was luckily only 2 min away). There they had to clean the wound as best the could and decided against stitching it up and just bandaging it, got a shot for potential rabies and was picked up by my parents.
And then everyday after that for a week I had to come back to renew the bandages cause they were dirty from the blood. Since then I've had scars on my arm, underneath my upper arm, my side and my hip.. all moments of that one dag attack which could have killed me.

Never before have I went to the hospital for a serious injury, but when I was six, I was jumping on my bed, but then I tripped on my leg and fell onto a wooden bedpost, resulting in a strip of my skin tearing off of my forehead. It wasn't serious, but it was REALLY painful. It healed in around 5 days.

Let's see, I was in Jr. High (Middle School) at the time, and I was riding my bike downhill going home when I saw a huge patch of gravel in the road at the bottom of the hill. I could have easily avoided it, but I have no idea what possessed me to drive my bike towards the patch of gravel. Mind you, this hill is pretty tall and I was going pretty fast when I hit the patch of gravel, I lost control and was thrown off my bike somehow. How I didn't break anything was a miracle.

I have an extra bone in my right foot. And I managed to break it. I'm not really sure if it healed properly, it still hurts like stink if I hit it against anything.

I'm sure you could easily tear up unprotected limbs on an ice surface that has seen a lot of use before it's been smoothed out--I remember when I was first learning how to skate falling and scraping my bracing arm on the ice surface. Not to mention you're gliding on what essentially are metal blades at quick speeds. There are some pretty gruesome videos of ice skates horribly cutting people (I'll just remember a hockey goalie who was involved in an accident where his throat was slit or the incident in which a female figure skater was cut in the face) if you for some reason want to dig around for it.
