Love

"Love"
A BCB fiction By KiraDood5
(Writer's Note: This fiction is based off of some pictures by Tiggy. Warning: contains lots of gore.)

"hey sandy <3"
"sandy you there?"
"hello?"
"sandy?"
"hello? :c"

Mike sat on the floor in his bedroom, leaning on a corner. The lights were out, the sky was a deep shade of navy blue, the only light source in the room was his phone, the text app on the screen with messages to Sandy, asking where she is, as this is the hour where they text each other. But, she is not responding to Mike's words, leaving him sitting in his room, waiting. Staring at the screen. His eyes dilating at the amount of light in the dark room he is located in. After a few minutes of periodically looking at the screen, his eyes turn a reddish color, sightly straining.
He never got an answer that night, until the next night, when Sandy said that she is coming to visit. That night when he fought with Lucy, crushing her heart in a metaphorical vice until it was broken almost beyond repair. That night when Lucy locked herself into her room, refusing communication with her friends, knowing the one she loves rejected her in the worst way possible. That night when two people come together, and two people split apart.
But Lucy still loves Mike. But Mike loves Sandy. You would think there would be a happy ending, but you would be wrong. This chain of love must have to break someday. That day just happens to be after Mike met his lover after years of being split apart.
Too bad that no one expects his actions. Not even Mike himself.
__________
"Are you coming in?"
"I might take a walk, actually..."
"Well alright, but it's getting a bit late."
"I won't be too long."
Mike walked along the snow covered sidewalk, his blue scarf wrapped snugly around his neck, the ends of the scarf slowly and subtly drifting in the cold winter breeze, the snow making a soft crunch noise as Mike steps on the white powder. Mike walked over to Lucy's house, wanting to apologize for what he's done. But he noticed a figure in the window. After looking a bit, he recognized the person's eyes. His right eye was blue, while his left eye was a golden yellow. His fur was a snow white, like Lucy. The figure was Sam, Lucy's older brother.
"Argh, dammit. If I know Sam, he won't let me see Lucy. He's nice, but he can be pretty arrogant," muttered Mike.
Mike thought about what to do. He would go up to Sam and risk a beating, or he would wait at another time. He chose the latter, and found a place to hide until Sam went away. Mike waited until Sam got out of the house, then he walked into the house, opening the door slowly, trying to be as quiet as possible. He walked into the living room, looking around, seeing if Lucy was anywhere. He couldn't see her, so he walked upstairs, crouching to keep his footsteps silent. Mike looked around the house, but he heard quiet sobbing coming from a room on his far left. Mike stalked over to the door, opening it slightly, trying to look at what was inside.
The room was dark, barely anything could be seen, the only things that Mike could see were silhouettes of a bed, a desk, a computer, and Lucy herself. She was crying quietly, thinking that Mike would never apologize to her, because she believes that she was the one who ruined his life, and that he would be better off without herself in Mike's life. "Aw, Lucy, don't do that." Mike thought, only barely seeing a tear roll down her cheek. It pained Mike to see Lucy like this, so he slowly opened the door.
"Lucy?"
Lucy fell silent. She turned around to face Mike, happy to see him, but it felt there was something... off about him. It took him a few seconds, but she realized it. Mike had his blue scarf around his neck. She was dumbfounded.
"M-Mike?"
"Yes, it's me."
"No... your scarf. W-Where did you find it?"
Mike held his blue scarf up to his face.
"This? Sandy got it for me."
Lucy's pupils dilated. Her mouth slightly hanging open, fur slightly standing on edge.
"S... S... San...dy?"
"Yeah, she gave it to me as a present. It's really nostal-"
"I hate it."
Mike stopped talking.
"...Excuse me?"
"I. Hate. It. I promised that I would leave you alone, but... I hate the scarf, Mike."
"Well, what do you want me to do? I can't just throw it away."
"It gives me bad memories, Mike."
"Too bad! I'm wearing it anyway."
Lucy stood silent for a few seconds, and then punced Mike in the gut.
"Guh! What the hell, Lucy?!"
"I hate Sandy. I hate her, I hate her, I hate her. I wish she never even EXISTED!"
Mike stood back in shock. He clenched his fists, his left eyebrow twitching.
"...Fuck you, Lucy."
Mike stormed off downstairs into the kitchen and grabbed a meat cleaver from a knife rack.
"Sandy should never have existed? Well, I tried my best Sandy, but she went TOO FAR." Mike thought.
He went back upstairs and kicked Lucy's door down. The white Khao Manee flinched, looking at the grey cat, but he had a deranged look in his eyes, a devilish grin, and a cleaver in his hands, gleaming in the light behind him.
"Mike? Mike, what are you doing, you're scaring me!"
Lucy crawled back to get away from Mike, but he grabbed Lucy by her bow, pulling her close to Mike's face.
"I should have done this a long time ago."
Mike punched Lucy in the face, knocking her down to the floor.
"Ahhh! Mike, stop!!"
He ignored Lucy's plea, and began to kick her in the chest. The only audible noises coming from her were pained grunts, screams, whimpers, and cries for help. Mike then shoved her into the wall, and raised the cleaver over his head.
"Just die."
He brought down the knife onto Lucy's neck, blood spraying all over her white fur, staining it with red, her eyes dilating, only speaking in inaudible gurgles, raising her hands onto her neck, kneeling onto the floor. Mike stood over the bleeding Lucy, and proceeds to bring the cleaver down onto her neck, destroying the jugular and slicing her windpipe open, a pool of blood forming under her. He eventually reached the spine, and with all of his strength, chops the spine from her neck. Mike picked up her head and tore it off of her body, blood spraying and pooling all over the place.
He looked down at Lucy's carcass, smiling maniacly at her broken body. Mike picked up Lucy's head by the ears and put the cleaver to the corners of her mouth, carving a smile onto her face.
"Hehehehehehe... It's all over. It's done."
Mike reached into his scarf and picked up his phone, dipping his index finger in Lucy's blood, scrawling letters onto the wall, and smiled. He smiled the most inhuman smile he had ever made in his life.

(Hello. I'm Kira, the creator of this fiction. I really have no idea what drug I took that made me do this, I really don't. I DON'T KNOW WHY I DID THIS. WHY DID I DO THIS. But seriously, this idea popped into my head after looking at some of Tiggy's art *BTW, Tiggy, you are awesome.* And one of the pictures was Mike holding Lucy's decapitated head with the words "I <3 YOU, SANDY" scrawled in blood. I looked at this, and I thought: "Hmmm. I wonder what had this event happen." And then this half-assed story came out. The End. Anyway, I appreciate criticism, it helps out my hobby of writing stories. This has been Kira, and I'll see ya.)

It's not bad, but it's not fantastic. Your transition were really rough, from mean Mike to nice Mike to bloodlust Mike. It shouldn't feel so.. sudden? Forced? But your writing style's all right. I'll probably read the next thing you write.

Yeah, I do admit that I need some work on my transitions. Thanks for the criticism, I really appreciate it.
