Well, for new readers at least, so they won't get confused by the colour change. As for existing readers, they merely need to be pointed back to that page, refreshing if necessary. Plus, for emergency backup, I have a clue hammer at the ready.

Daisy looks very nice in that field of tulips. It's amazing how Taeshi handles watercolours, though she may perhaps have done too good a job on this page (can't believe I'm saying that). Daisy's chubbiness almost looks too realistic, it gives me the impression that she's posing naked.

Hope Taeshi and SuitCase do reach $25,000 of pledges on Kickstarter, though I think that goal may be set too high. Well, better to aim for the stars, right? Even if they don't reach the stretch goal, they should have more than enough to cover the printing of Volume Two, which is what really counts.

Why is Daisy so chubby on recent picture? I remember her being rather skinny...

I guess it's understandable why people are surprised that Daisy looks chubby. She was always meant to be somewhat chubby since she's half-Ragamuffin, but it's only been relatively recently that the artwork has really reflected it.

The relevant Formspring posts: here, here, and here. As for overweight BCB characters other than Paulo's dad, there's Charlotte. Although don't start saying that Daisy is pregnant, because she's not.

Bonus trivia: Daisy isn't fluffy, she's curly.

I don't get why everyone is freaking out over her being a little bit pudgy, in fact I like it more cause it represents a more realistic version of the world.

The shallow online furries are quick to see a discrepency btw Daisy's figure and what their ideal weeboo dream anthropomorphic character figure is.

According to mature audience "chubby is a-ok" because "you want substance in your hands, not something with the "fragile" logo all over it"...

But if you check the latest AskRosevilleHigh, you'll notice there's quite a difference between the sketch and the actual portrait. Paulo had his body proportions revised in the process as well (his arms and legs look almost too long in comparison to what we're used to see).

What I really don't understand is how Michael can ace both sports and school if he passes half his time sitting under trees!

Oh yeah, something about "Turning Tides" which I meant to note but which somehow slipped my mind: it's more natural (at least over here in North America) to say that someone is on your team, not in it. This applies to the first two pages.
