Any one know how the clothing system works?

So, when are these cats and dogs naked and what does the clothing even do? There's no difference to me...

Basically, being naked in the BCB universe means to have a neutral look. Clothing is optional and merely for fashion.

And for hiding certain things during certain times.

I usually draw Jasmine with clothes since she is so young... #^_^#

Clothes are only for fashine. However clothes are also used to hide certian things. They always wear a swim suits to the beach, because its wrong to be naked at a beach.
