One can get a title by pissing SuitCase or Taeshi off or by acting really stupid. If there's some other criteria for that, I'm not aware.

Yay for Pokémon avatar! 
Mine is nothing much, really. Just found it in google images, saved and cropped it :<
Previously it was much more edited, but I felt it was too "heavy", so I changed it back to normal and just changed contrast/brightness.

No it doesn't. If I put a border it will stand out more than it's supposed to, which is not my intention.
It's different from yours, for example, that has a dark background, so the border doesn't contrast too much with the picture.

Borders are overrated.
I like humour in everything, including avatar.
It doesn't mean I don't like everyone's avatars here; I like them all, so much I don't have a favorite yet.

I think people only brought up the pokeporn jokes in the introduction thread and when the avatar was referenced. Otherwise, I honestly doubt people care that much. I didn't even know it was from pokeporn until I saw it being referenced. It's not a big deal.
