Is any one else worried about what rape cat(the cat with the scar from "confrontation") will do to the BCB cast (besides raping them that is) when the time comes?

Rape cat or alejandro will probably not want to rape any thing again because lucy kicked him so hard that his balls exploded and his dick is now up in side him like a vagina. In the end he probably just wants his 20$ bucks back and a new radio or to kill them.

His official name is Alejandro Rapecat Barkley. Or at least I assume that is his middle name since attempting to rape a 14 year old that one time is his main characteristic, people get middle names based on what they are known for, right? Like Mike's is Gayforpaulo and Lucy's is Selfishbitch.

"Rapecat" does indeed have an official name, it is Alejandro.
Rest assured that no one will get murdered, as Taeshi has said that no one dies within the canon comic (except for Abbey's mom in a flashback). Nor will Alejandro show up and rape anyone. Recall that he was basically humiliated by a bunch of teenagers; he does want to get back at them, but probably more in the form of physical violence than anything else.

The only reason I ask is because me and a friend (who also enjoys BCB) got into a prolonged debate over wether alejandro and sandy were related (he seemed to think there was a possability that alejandro got disowned if thay were siblings)

To be sure, Taeshi did once say Carter's death was canon. 
However, most of the fan characters, including Carter, have since been removed from Volume Two. Even the part about the characters leaving Carson to die in the basement of the abandoned house in "Mischief Night" was removed. The intermission where Kizuna had to "go back to her home planet" was eliminated as well.
