I assumed it was kind of a thing because it's really easy to draw Mike with an overly long neck due to his scarf, it's something even I used to be terrible at with the older comics.

or maybe it's just rAnDoM XD

well let me tell you a thing

I was trying to draw a very smug Mike with a cranky Lucy next to him but the neck was so fucking long it sort of turned into this?

I still have the original buried in my files, maybe I can find it. v o v

So I'm right! It's very easy to give mike a really long neck! Which is sort of why I always sketch him scarfless and then add the scarf, to prevent the mistake :-[
