See that link up above? Some of you have put some events in the calendar, but otherwise it's dominated by birthdays. Do you guys want to use it, add character birthdays to it, put other interesting BCB-related dates in it?
If you have the time to, it'd be great if you did. But if everyone thinks it's kind of stupid, I can turn it off.

It's cool for seeing whose birthdays are when. I'd probably use it to schedule livestreams in the coming year, or other things like tell Uber to put game versions release dates on there so the forumites can know about it without venturing into the storm-ravaged peaks of the IRC.
Other than that, seeing as Tater missed the character birthdays herself, we should put them and other BCB dates-of-interest in there.

Why should I do it if some other perfectly capable person can do it for me?

I've added the birthdays of the major characters, and the first six minor characters as well. I'm unsure how far to proceed through the character list though (how important are Katie and Stacy's birthdays?). So I'll stop here, and see how you like it so far.

Personally, i think it should be open to every member, to do with as we want, as long as we don't abuse the privileges.

Wacko, that's great. Feel free to put as much stuff in there as you can.

There is some irony hidden here somewhere... ^_^

So should I remove this?

I'd keep the calendar up, just because it's a handy way of seeing when members' birthdays are. Also I finally added the four remaining character birthdays that I never got around to doing.
I'm mildly amused by the person who registered as Jesus for the sole purpose of declaring his birthday as December 25. Also, WTF and crossedeyefreak both posted their birthdays as events, so there's a bit of redundancy for May 16 and October 21.
