I guess I'd say Abbey and Daisy have a great thing going, why mess with it? Who knows though, maybe she's secretly waiting for her Luigi to appear.

Paulo x Daisy is probably the most heavily foreshadowed relationship. While Mike x Lucy is central to the comic (and is the likeliest ending), Paulo x Daisy has been in the background - Paulo hasn't ever actually done anything about it, nor has Daisy, but odds are, that is the final pairing for them - indeed, I'd say it is more likely than Mike x Lucy. The latest page is further evidence, but if you read through the archives, you can see things pointing towards Paulo x Daisy pretty much from the beginning.

I think Daisy X Abbey would be good..but...I feel like she does so much for him. What does he do for her? It seems to me that she still has self esteem issues. I can maybe see him protecting her in a physical situation....I dunno it kind of reminds me of a relationship I had in high school and it really didn't end well, lol.
Sooo...I dunno...I'll go with Daisy X Augustus because even though he comes off as kind of fucked up I really do think deep down he cared about her

You're right, Iris. Daisy does have self-esteem issues. (I was trying to think of the right term for that last night, but couldn't.)
It seems like Daisy is looking for someone who will love her and make her feel good about herself. At first she thought that person could be Mike, but of course, that was a rather unrealistic one-sided crush. Then there's Paulo, who treats Daisy much like a sister, and has always been a good friend to her. Of course, Paulo is now involved with Jasmine and thus unavailable for the moment. However, Paulo's actions in helping Daisy out in the election could stir up friction between him and Jasmine. Paulo did that because he's a good friend to Daisy, but Jasmine may not know that, and may start to feel some jealousy towards Daisy. (Cue the catty drama.)
But I'm digressing here. Daisy's current relationship is with Abbey. Could Abbey smooth over Daisy's flaws and help her to become a more confident person? Or does he need to focus on solving his own issues first, before really being able to be a supportive companion to Daisy? Only time will tell.
